Beautiful store, lots of what I need except knowledge. I found someone in the fish department when I had a Betta fish with fin rot and I told her and she was honest and said she didnt know how to treat Bettas. Which is fine. The problem was she went and found her senior in the department and I explained the situation to her as well and she directed me to Melafix. I used it for a couple days as directed and woke up to a dead Betta this morning. As it turns out this medicine causes damage to labyrinth organ/lungs to Betta fish. Im heartbroken I hurt my poor fish and if she would have just said she didnt know like the other worker did I wouldnt have bought it and did more research before my poor fish died. I dont want to blame anyone and Im sure she had best intentions but I just advise anyone to not count on expert advise from this particular PetSmart as it isnt expert at all.

I took my dog in for a "pawdicure." I called ahead of time to ask the price and couple of other things. The girl I spoke with specifically told me I must bring proof of rabies vaccine so I had my vet print one off and went there first to pick it up. When I got there, she never even asked to see the proof or asked if she was vaccinated. She also called my dog by a totally different name the entire visit because she just assumed it was the same dog I brought years prior. But the real reason Im giving a poor review is because I paid $20 and they totally ignored the dew claws which are honestly the most important to keep trimmed since they dont wear down on the ground. Its difficult to do even just for one nail which is the whole reason I paid for someone else to do it. Sigh.

My review is based on the performance from Noreen, the best pet trainer Ive ever had. Ive had Noreen trained 2 of my dogs which are 10 years apart. It is apparent through her character that she truly cares about the animal first. She is very helpful, informative, and patient when it comes to training. With her guidance, both my boxer and my bull mastiff are very well behaved and trained. They listen to commands and never have any accidents inside the house (unless they are sick). I 100% recommend going through training with Noreen. She was such a great teacher I even signed my bull mastiff up for the advanced class in hopes of her becoming a therapy dog.

Horrible! I have been taking my dog to Petsmart for his entire life to get groomed. Last night I took him in to get a hair cut and he ended up being rushed to the vet because the lady cut him so bad and had to get stitches. He had to be put to sleep to get stitches and now he has to wear a cone for 2 weeks and go back to the vet to get stitches removed! Charlie is a very sweet dog well behaved and should of never had this happen to him!

When I came to visit the store I had seen that there was what looked to be like the corpse of a mouse or hamster that was in the bottom of a turtle tank and was being eaten by the fish. (What they were all doing in that tank I dont know) but I was disgusted that someone would even think it was okay to put a deceased animal in a tank as food for other animals.

Hate this store, 2nd time I purchased fish for my pod and they came with ich!! If thats not bad enough...I stopped using their grooming services because they put my dog in a cage and for 5 hours no one knew she was there!....Never again , wish I could give them 0 stars

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have several fish, reptiles, chinchillas gerbils, mice, hamsters, birds and often have adoptable cats. Several items for dogs and a pet hotel to care for your dogs while you are away. Grooming is also done on site by appt.

The doggy day camp is great and the crew does a fine job of taking care of the animals. You can really tell how much they love their jobs and playing with the puppies. Shelves are almost always stocked and organized well. Very clean.

Was pretty nervous about leaving my 10 month old shepherd there but afterwards when I picked him up he reassured me that he had fun. Great place to board your pup if going out of town.

Daycare staff is very friendly and take time to get to know all the dogs there very well. They always call if my dog seems off and take great care of him.
