Very slow repair service. Bad business practices. Very bad customer service/helpfulness. HIGH PRICES! $30 to jailbreak/unlock a phone!? thats a 5 minute or less job anyone can do at home. Cant believe theu dont even do the repairs in the store, they take them home and eventually give them back when they get around to it...theres plenty of other places that will do your iphone in front of you and you walk away happy. number one smart phone repair/buy/trade is on flamingo and arville - they will even do free work for loyal customers

Beware, they sell international phone, which wouldnt be a problem except theyre good for being a paperweight if you are on t-mobile or metropcs. Bottom line is that your carrier is powerless as their phones are treated as "Bring Your Phone or BYOP" so when you get no data and they wont stand by what they sell you cant say you werent warned. Buyer beware. Im out just under $500.00 and had to spend another $700.00 to replace that phone so I CAN get data that youll need if you need Internet or want to use your GPS in your car.

Went in there there other day and bought 2 galaxy s5 and Im with cricket they sold me the phones that are unlocked verizon phones now they r trying to call out to international numbers and numbers that r calling me is saying they r interational numbers Ive taken these phone to several places and they saId I need att phones I talked to these people twice to try and fix the problem and now they quit picking up the phone ,,,smdh...I guess that was $400 dollars down the drain ......

my friend if you are trying to get a new cellphone and a better plan than your existing one, just dont get advices from this guys, beleave me, you are a the wrong place, i can tell you for my own experience, tha it was my mistake going inside this store, after you get stuck with them on their cell phones and companies they offer, dont spect help if you start to experience problems with your service or phone, I am so disapointed with these guys.

Good prices worst customer service ever I bought a phone case my phone couldnt fit it when I try to return it the lady treated me as if I stole it she said that this is not one of our phone cases this is not even on package said how can that be when I just bought this Saturday I saw the receipt she said its a receipt for a iPhone 6 thats it no this is a Galaxy S7 case she told me no get out of my store rude nasty people

Ordered a part on Sunday, Paypal paid on Monday. Its Wednesday now and I have not received a shipping confirmation via email nor have I been able to reach them on the phone. So far, I am very unhappy with the service of this company. Wishing I had ordered the part straight from China and waited the 2 week shipping time and avoided this company altogether. Bought a phone case, within 2 weeks it fell apart took it back with my receipt they said not covered for replacement. BAD SERVICE- ask to speak to manager did not acknowledge I was there, I left after 10 minutes. Will try to return when I have more time. BUYER BEWARE -- NO WARRANTIES ON ANYTHING YOU BUY FROM THERE!!!

Love this store, they have cases for everything. I always buy multiple cases because there is so much to choose from. Best prices I have found and I dont think I have broken a single phone yet! I drop my phone a lot so I always need a case. Friendly and knowledgeable service too.

I bought a charger, a phone case, and tempered glass screen protector. I dropped my phone just with my hand at my side and my screen shattered. Not even the protector. The stand on the case doesnt even hold the phone up. Charger works though. I guess you get what you pay for.
