**UPDATE** I am extremely satisfied with the way the TJ and his team fixed our situation. They were able to find me the same exact vehicle, a year newer AND with way less miles than the original vehicle I intended to purchase!! They got the vehicle delivered and put the lift and tires on in less than a week, which I know was not cheap for them. They really went above and beyond for me to make sure I was satisfied. First class service! This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had! I initially found the vehicle I wanted online so I drove up to Net Direct to test drive and see it in person. I really liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it so my husband and I submitted our finance paperwork that day. I told them that I had to leave to pick up my daughter from school so he said that they would call and relay the numbers once they got my credit score. A short time later I received a notification that my credit had been pulled yet no one from Net Direct contacted me. The following day was the same, so I tried calling them myself to see what the situation was on financing the vehicle, but no one answered my call. I then emailed them and was eventually contacted over 24 hours later by the finance rep. The finance rep gave us our options and we agreed to the terms only to learn that they had SOLD the vehicle out from under us. I was completely shocked! At NO point was there a mention of putting down a deposit. In fact I had every intention of purchasing the vehicle but NEVER heard back from them!! I found this to be extremely unprofessional, they not only left a hit on my credit but wasted my time!!

**UPDATED**MUST READ! I wanted to share my experience with everyone and how pleased we are now that this issue below was resolved by the Net Direct Auto Team. TJ (Owner) had called me and explained that they had made a mistake and wanted to make sure I was happy by finding me a better truck than the first for the same deal. The Net Direct Team found us the truck we were dreaming of, made all the requested upgrades and totally surprised us with the final result! Net Direct Auto stepped up big time to please us and made sure that everything was perfect for our satisfaction. I have to say this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. It is not very often in todays businesses to find such an honest group of individuals so focused on customer satisfaction and going the extra mile for their clients. I respectfully apologize for making the comment of "Crooks" below to TJ & the Net Direct Auto Team. They are in fact some of the best people we have ever met. We will be buying our next car from them without a single doubt! PREVIOUS COMMENTS-Crooks! Did all the paperwork to secure a truck that was listed online. Financing complete, all good and secure. Was told to submit the deposit form to take the truck off the market. Submitted form as requested. Called the next day to verify some information and was told they sold the truck to someone else. The Gary tried to sell me other trucks. Dont trust these guys. Secured the truck after negotiating price down and they sold the truck out from under me for a higher price after already securing the deal. Would not advise dealing with them. Shady people.

PLEASE READ : After i made this review about my issue with the truck I bought , with in 48hrs I was contacted by net direct auto sales and was told to take the truck to a dealership or mechanic , have truck looked @ and fixed and they would cover cost!!! now you tell me if thats not first class service? bought a lifted truck from Net Direct first thing I ask was there any messages in the info panel like service engine etc. I was told NO. well as soon as it was delivered to me first thing I done was crank it up and first thing came up was "trailer brake system" in the info panel. me and the salesman specifically talked about this kind of issue and he assured me there was nothing in the info panel . so I called them ask them about it B/C as soon as you crank it , it appears and now you dont have a digital odometer B/C of this so I no they saw it. you can clear it but in about 3 minutes it comes back . This is for you PPL that buys like I did with out going out and looking no matter how far go look your self . I paid cash exactly what they where asking but have no one to blame but my self. if it was going to be a cheap fix i would think they would have fixed it before they sold it B/C i wouldnt have paid full price for a truck already with issues . took my bank 5 minutes to wire the cash! But they where very nice and even drove it for me . I like the truck but a mans word is all we got at least thats how i was raised .

I purchased a 04 Ford F-350 that was supposedly owned by the accountant that worked there. I was assured that it had been well taken care of and that there were no issues. On the way back to Ohio, the truck was running very hot. Once home, I had the thermostat replaced and rarely used the truck until this past month. I was pulling a 3,000# trailer and it overheated again. I had the fan clutch replaced, then the water pump, another low temp thermostat, then the head gaskets, machined and miced the heads, oil cooler, EGR delete, and finally when nothing else solved the problem, the radiator. Thats when all the pieces of the puzzle came together. The radiator was full of Stop Leak. The previous owner obviously had the same problem and filled the radiator full of Stop Leak. This clogged the engine oil cooler and eventually got hard and partially clogged the radiator causing the engine to continuously overheat. The overheating eventually cracked the head gaskets. The previous owner had these replaced, but re-used the stretched studs and did NOT torque down the heads to OEM specs. It is very obvious I was sold someone elses problem, and you cant tell me that these issues werent discussed with co-workers at the dealership before the decision was made to put it on the lot. The salesman was as friendly as can be while I was there, but honesty and integrity are NOT part of the game plan.

update in progress owner has vowed to resolve this (06-14-2017), so far nothing has been done. **AVOID AT ALL COST** I was told, before I made my 1 hour trip, that the truck i had selected was going to be 550 a month with zero down and we both agreed on that amount. As soon I got there and test drove the truck and found rust all over the frame and under carriage of this truck. So, I decided to pass. Now I looked at a truck 2 years newer and 40000 miles less that only cost approx 1500.00 more. That being said I loved the truck and went ahead and proceeded to buy. Expecting the payment to be around the same. But then the salesman now states I need 5000 down and payment would be 650. This is before I informed him that my original salesman approved me for the other truck. Once I told him this, things became very awkward and I could plainly see the man was lieing. Either way at that point I had enough deceitfullness. I am a disabled veteran, just had my car totaled and now I get treated like dirt and lied too. Apparently this is their standard business practice and is extremely shameful. Not to mention I honorably served my country for 11 years to have some one do all they could to deceive. Shameful to think a 1500 difference in price warrants 5000 down and 100 dollars more a month. Makes me sick to think how many time they have gotten away with this. Avoid at all cost...
