After a terrible experience with another dealership, i was overwhelmed and needed a vehicle fast. I happen to drive past and saw a beautiful jeep that caught my eye. Still uneasy of my last experience the Dallas told his assistant Patience to make sure she took real good care of me...and she did. I put a payment down for them to hold the vehicle until i saved up the money for the full down payment. They worked to get me the best deal as far as down payment and monthly payments. When i arrived after work to pick up my jeep, Patience stayed until after close as i had to run to Dillion to pay the insurance before we could seal the deal. Patience definitely personified! YOU GUYS ROCK! DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER LOT ON BROADWAY, NO BUY HERE PAY HERE. GO TO KANSAS AUTO GROUP! <3

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Found the car on the Internet (great site) and visited the lot. No annoying pressure that I needed to buy or it would be gone. Very easy going. None of the usual desperation you get with the dealers on Kellogg. They checked back once by phone, even then it was low pressure. Did all of the rest by email and text which I loved. Gave me the price by email. Didnt force me back to dealership to negotiate. We discovered a minor problem with the mirror after the purchase. Patience was great and said they would fix it. Turns out it was on warranty, but there was no hesitation in agreeing to repair. We will be back for our next car.

The experience was very unprofessional. I went in looking for a trade and/or putting money down for a car and got little to no help. The dealer that assisted me, Patience , was texting on her phone and answered a personal phone call during my whole time there. She never showed us any of the cars on the lot and was suggesting I put more money down without even telling me the payment options. Also, when I asked about the trade in she told me her manager would have to look at it, and 2 minutes later comes back and says her manager already looked at it and wont give any for it, when the whole time the manager was sitting in the back room and never did an appraisal.

Took my old car as down payment & gave me well above what I expected. Had a set back on getting insurance & he stayed AFTER closing hours, helping us to get the insurance we needed, in order to take our new vehicle home. This auto dealership has given me the confidence that need to trust them. Dallas went above and beyond the call of duty. The vehicle that he put me has been a lifesaver. It is a 2003 Chevy Suberban. The body of it looks like its a brand new vehicle. I get on the average of 17 miles per gallon. Its very pulsh inside. Its black, which in the beginning it was ok. But now I am glad I got it. It was the best purchase I ever did. I highly recommend them very much, you wont regret it. They are definitely a 5 or higher

Dallas is the best! His cars are in great shape, and way below blue book. Purchasing a car from here was painless and I would gladly recommend him to friends and family members. EDIT: I bought my car 6 months ago at a deal that was too good to be true, Dallas allowed me to take the car to a shop and have it inspected and we found no problems. Today I have still had 0 problems with the vehicle and am very happy with how things have worked out.

I was down on my luck with a car Ive had for 8 years that finally didnt meet the demands I needed and he not only got me an 08 dodge avenger but knocked down the price and then willingly bought my old car for more than its worth just to help me out. People there are real nice and understand that the lil guy has struggles to. Need a car I would go here for what u really need

Then I went in to Kansas Auto Group and was suprised on how nice Dallas and Patience were they both helped me get a nice car with a payment I could afford. Really wouldnt recommend them to anyone, told me I could put 500$ then when I asked patience said well your gonna half to come up with something more the a monthly payment which she said monthly payments are 200$ so yeah wouldnt even waste my time here super car guys is great helps with bad credit & 0 down options!
