We had a positive experience with salesperson Josh Veach. He spoke with my spouse the night before our visit to verify the car we wanted was still available. We arrived a few minutes early, and Josh was waiting for us with the car pulled up to the front of the building, ready to go. His professionalism, good humor, and straightforward style were appreciated. Kudos to the dealership for the clean and comfortable show room, bathroom, and waiting spaces. Kudos to the car service staff for detailing our new-to-us Charger very quickly and well, and for setting us on our way with a full tank of gas. Im deducting 1/2 star for the manager who did not dress (wrinkly faded shirt) or present professionally (told spouse outdoors to take their offer or leave it, rather than in his office space, trying to put the pressure on my spouse in front of his family.) The other 1/2 star deduction is for the fellow who did the paperwork with us, whose "I just work here" lack of corporate responsibility was off-putting.

Absolutely horrible, the place was unpleasant and cramped like a back street car lot office. Set up an appointment 6 hrs in advance and the salesman was somewhere in the back when I arrived, vehicle was nowhere in sight. came out after 10 minutes and did not know which vehicle I was looking for. Left me standing in the doorway for another 30 minutes without offering a chair or a bottle of water even. Ended up walking away after being there for 40 minutes, never saw the truck and salesman had disappeared, dont even think anyone noticed. Barely shared a dozen words with salesman and had to look up the truck on the website for him before he even knew what I was talking about. It may be commonplace nowadays for people to purchase vehicles in the $60k range but its still a serious matter for those of us who work regular jobs and get our hands dirty. I would at least expect to be treated like a visitor and not as a beggar standing in the doorway.

Was working with a sales agent who was personable enough, before the manager started the trade appraisal on my vehicle. Manager started going through everything in my car including personal documents and then came in discussing different details about the car and my personal life with me as If it was normal to do that. If you value your personal information either make sure you have your car completely empty before going in or just do what Im going to do and never trust this dealership.
