Could not have had a more different experience than the last person who reviewed. My wife and I entered Second Cycle rather skeptically (unfortunately "used" and "appliance" dont conjure the best of sentiments in most people). However, within 30 seconds of talking with Cameron, one of the owners, we were set at ease. Cameron spent over 20 minutes with us talking through our options, explaining how they make repairs & which appliances they accept and which they dont even fix due to bad track records for specific makes/models. These guys really know their stuff! Customer service was amazing! I felt like I had gone back in time - when small businesses actually took care of people and tried to help them make an informed decision! When Camerons partner came to deliver the refrigerator and wash machine we had purchased (which, by the way, they charge almost NOTHING for delivery!!!) it was much of the same great customer service. He even cut us off a piece of dryer hose - free of charge! (even though we hadnt purchased a dryer from them - I just happened to need it, and he had it - SO generous!). I would highly recommend you at least go in to talk to these guys about your appliance needs. They are professional, patient, very reasonably priced, and seem to care a lot about those they serve.

It has been two years since I purchased my washer and dryer from Second Cycle and it is sill working like new! I truly enjoyed doing business with these gentlemen as they are very well-mannered and extremely knowledgeable about appliances. I highly recommend their business and service to everyone. I was new to the area and this was my first time purchasing a washer and dryer. Instead of taking advantage of the situation with my limited knowledge of what to look for in a set--they took the time to explain the important considerations in choosing a good set. Indeed I was pleased and felt reassured that I was getting a fantastic product and at a very good price. Plus they even delivered for me all the way out to Wheatland, which was not part of their normal delivery area. My whole experience with Second Cycle was fantastic. If I am still in the area in a few years, I would certainly buy from these gentlemen again without hesitation. In the meantime, I spread the word on how great they are and the bargains that are available!

Not a good experience. Purchased a refrigerator that didnt work from the day it was delivered. They referred us to a repair company, who then had us wait on a part that didnt fix the problem. Eventually they made good on the warranty, picked up the refrigerator and provided a full refund. We still had to live without a refrigerator for well over a week. Now, two months later, the washer we also purchased from Second Cycle smells like something is burning. Yes, its outside of the 30 day warranty period. No, there was no customer service. I was referred, again, to an outside repair company to have service at my expense. I dont expect a used washer to work as long as a new one. I did expect to be happy for more than 60 days. I called and gave them a chance to make it right and they chose to enforce the 30 day warranty. Would not recommend dealing with them.

After buyer an expensive high efficiency washer about 2.5 years ago, a repair guy suggested I go back to an old school work horse--Kenmore Elite and recommended Second Cycle. My machine was making a busing sound and they promptly came out to look at it. Since it is sporadic, it of course, did not act up while the repair guy was there. They assured me that if I recorded the sound next time I hear it, that theyd try again to find and fix it.

This place is nice, friendly staff and good inventory. i went in there to look for a new washer and dyer and came out with exactly what i was looking for. I wanted the stable dryer and washer and they had a few to choose from. it was no pressure sales and the staff was helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. i would for sure come back to this place, and tell my friends about it.

I enjoyed my experience. I walked in and was greeted righ away. I needed washer dryer and fridge and they provided me a great price plus delivery and hook up. When they showed up to install they were very professional. They made sure everything was set up properly and working. They even told me if there were any issues that I can get in touch with then. Second Cycle Appliance is fantastic! We expected to buy a new washing machine, but when we explained the problem they offered to come out to our house and fix our current machine. They looked at it, didnt charge us for inspecting it, and told us what the problem was then fixed it, saving us about $200. Honest and full of integrity! My husband and I stopped by here on super bowl Sunday. Our dryer had died and we had heard we should check out this place. We received great service, answers to all our questions and got a great deal on a new dryer that had a dent in it. $1400 dryer for $500 and its fantastic. Definitely would recommend.

It was very easy to do business with Second Cycle. I had a few choices and was told which would be the best for my needs. And it was not the most expensive one. Delivery and installation was the next day. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend Second Cycle for used appliances.
