We drove quite a distance for a blue star stove they had on the floor. We agreed to purchase it... with the salesman telling us they needed to order new doors as part of the sale, because the french doors on the stove were bent and very hard to close. We were told it would take approx. four weeks to complete. We also purchased a vent hood at the same time. We paid the entire price in full, via credit card thank goodness. After a month with no communication we called and spoke to the same salesman who said someone was supposed to order the doors and it never happened. He said he would call us back the next day with a status. We never received any call, text, nothing. He would not respond to our calls and texts either. We had to call the credit card company to have the charges reversed. Im assuming their plan was to wait past the time we could get the charges reversed and try to force us to take the unit as is? Or perhaps just steal out money outright. We have never received any return communication and it has now been nearly three months. Our advice is to avoid them at all costs as they do not do what they claim they will and will hold your money.

If I could put 0 stars i would. DO NOT BUY FROM SIMON OR RAY!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL. I bought a stack-able washer and dryer from them in MAY 2017! They sold it to me 1, missing the support frame, 2 WITH A CRACKED WASHER. Water every where. I have been trying for the last 4 months to have them warranty it because it came with a 1 year warranty, or replace it. NOPE!!! I called twice a week, every week, and every time i got the same response, "we will call you back tomorrow" they never did. Simon and Ray had one in the back the whole time, but still would not trade it because theyre holding it for Simons "neice". It took me recording every conversation and threatening with taking them to court for them to finally just refund me my money....4 MONTHS LATER. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE LYING SCUMBAGS. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM.

Do not have these people try to install or deliver your appliances. The reason the prices are so low is because they order your appliances the day before they are supposed to be delivered. If an appliance is out of stock, they will make up some excuse as to why it wasnt in their store room. Be prepared to wait up to a week or two for "misplaced" appliances. Installation of appliances was a nightmare. They didnt have all of the equipment needed to install the appliances properly and had to come back on a separate date. The prices are so low here because the rest of the process is stressful for the consumer. Just pay a little extra at another retailer instead of these amateurs.

Was promised my set by the 18th and here it is the 21st with still nothing...was promised a call back yesterday with an arrival date and they called today and said they still didnt know. Very huge disappointment! No quality communication or accuracy in conversations.
