This store gets one star, not for the product but for the blatant bias toward me and my family. We Moved hear two years ago, retired NYPD, and weve been treated like we dont exist and certainly not respected, its unbelievable!! I served in the military and law enforcement and cannot believe this type of racism exist in your stores atmosphere, and so obvious. I worked hard for my retirement and I expect some respect being that they still accept my currency even though they wish they didnt have to. Smh.

"Customer service" counter is the worst, always rude and they make you feel like youre bothering them no matter what you are there to ask for. I hope management reads this and has them adjust their attitudes. Ive had to return natures promise chicken multiple times with it smelling terrible even before the sell by date. The only reason I go back is because Shoprite lines are always long.

Stop and shop Monroe, I dont like the night crew,and one girl looks so nasty has not brushed her hair in months it looks like,and I dont even want her touching my stuff,day crew is awesome!not such great prices if you are on a budget

Great store . Employees are VERY friendly and VERY helpful , a big store with a small town feel . There are times the shelves need filling but its usually on a busy weekends . They do need to add more to the salad bar .
