Terrible customer service. Their Hispanic employees leer and make crude cat calls at female customers. This is ironic of an orthodox Jewish store which has a sign outside asking patrons to dress modestly, while their own employees make shopping there an uncomfortable, unsafe and sleazy experience, in their own store.

ok shopping, customer service gives a realy hard time with returns if you are there at opening ( we dont have any cash to give you) or late in the evening (the manager is sometimes at checkout, if on the floor at all, this is not the time for returns). poor return policy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a SUPERSTORE!!! I love the large spacious aisles, neatly stacked items, clean, and best of all, they carry almost every product. Whenever, I look for something that I know is hard to find, I come to Rockland Kosher, and you guessed it, I find it. Thanks for your service!

Doing orders online is awesome. They always send the freshest produce and all products are as you wanted. However, last time I had to wait over 7 hours for my order! I tried to call the store a few times but no one answered. No one to talk to. Usually it doesnt take so long.

I live in a place where Pesach food is hard to come by. One year our local store got in matzah, gefilte fish, horseradish, and so on--all of it chometzdik! Rockland kosher saved our Pesach! Now we dont worry about getting what we need.

What i like the most from this store is that you can find here more then just food. I like that I can go in there and buy hardware too. plus they have a deli bakery meat deportment fish deportment and what not...

I remember when this was just a little grocery store on the hill and then they built this amazing complex. The PARVE CHEESECAKE is the best parve cheesecake around the fresh salads are great too.

Wonderful experience! We ordered 2 sushi platters and they arrived with everything we needed. The food was delicious and the shipping worked out perfectly. Highly recommend!

Over crowding is a huge issue. You need to stop in during hours that arent busy. Otherwise shopping there is a huge hassle. Besides that, the parking lot is a huge mess.
