My fiance and, I went to Shane Co, Walnut Creek store to buy our engagement rings. It was very difficult and uncomfortable to look at rings. We felt so pressured and was never left alone to look and discuss in private. This was before any rings were brought out of the case and onto the counter! As soon as we agreed on a set of rings the employee whispered to another and traded us off to another who acted like a car sales person. She tried to tell us the rings we picked out were "one of a kind" and might not be at the store next week. She tried to get us started on financing. So Much Pressure!! As much as I LOVED my rings I wanted to leave that store!! We decided to drive to Rosevilles Shane Co and was very pleased with the customer service!! Everyone that helped us did not pressure us. Made us feel comfortable. Spent a lot of time explaining our rings. They are great at the Roseville store!

I dont understand how the staff here can be so patient. Specifically, Mike Cardona. My wife and I stayed past closing time on a Friday night. My wife looked at various engagement rings to upgrade her original one. I wish I bought her engagement ring here. Thankfully I at least bought her band here. Mike Cardona was very friendly and informative despite us being there past closing. He pretty much gave us a crash course on how the gradings work. My wife mustve looked at a dozen rings. I honestly think I mightve lost some patience if I was in his position. Thanks again Mike.

Shane Co in Walnut Creek is amazing! My husband bought my engagement ring there and we went back to get both of our wedding bands there as well. We always have had good customer service there. I have had to size my ring twice and both times they did good, fast work. I would reccomend Shane Co Walnut Creek to anyone looking to buy jewelry! (Knocked off one star because often times you have to wait in line awhile when waiting to poay or pick something up)

I just bought my wifes wedding ring here and absolutely had a great experience. The staff, especially Cynthia and Natalie were so helpful in every step of selecting my custom ring. They had to hand pick the diamond and get the others custom cut. The end result was amazing. I even tried doing the blue nile deal and Jarred and both were a dusapointment. The others never could match up to the expierence and price you get here at this Shane Co. Must visit!!

I cant tell you if the prices are good compared to other jewelry retailers, but I can tell you 10+ years since I spent any money with the company, I can still go in, and be received add if I were a big spender. The Shane Co. cleans, polishes, and replates our rings whenever we like, at no charge. The staff are always welcoming, and never push for a sale while Im there getting my jewelry serviced at no cost. Excellent customer service and quality work.

Found the service here to by very good, with a fairly straight-forward buying process (though our "consultant" could locate the type of ring we were looking for). Overall, the business is well run and upscale. I didnt find the mens rings and jewelry to be a good deal (based on the selection I saw), but the womens ring selection was much better. Good warranty program on paper; well see if we ever have to use it.

I bought a engagement ring at this store last Wednesday. Service is great. People are nice there. The diamond is overpriced compare to you buy online. But you do get what you paid for, the store has a lot of cost too So I am not complaining the price. I waited almost 1 hour to get my finance approval. I wasnt very happy for that. But overall, everything was very soomth and easy.

Shane Co. has been our choice for jewelry for over 25 years. We happened to be passing by and stopped to have my wifes jewelry cleaned that I have purchased over the years from Shane Co. They came out looking like new and while we didnt make a purchase this time they will be our only choice for future purchases. Best of all there is no pressure to purchase.

We moved and my wife flattened her ring and bent the setting. We took it back to Shane Co. with the thought of having to replacing the ring. They said they could fix it. Not only did they fix it, and make it look like new, they did it at no cost..........even though it was our fault. I was in shock. I truly have a friend in the diamond business!!

Bought an engagement ring At Shane over 10 years ago. The reason I did was because of their great service. Just this week I went back to our usual ring cleaning and again I experienced their amazing customer service. They make sure that you are treated like royalty. I love going there and will continue to shop and visit their locations.

Its been five months that weve been engaged and I STILL cant stop staring at it :) The customer service is also just great!

Way overpriced. Called about 15 different places, all between the ranges of $25 to $45 for resizing an 18k white gold ring only 1/4 size down... And this place quoted me $85!
