Some time back, I bought a ring from here and it was big so Mr. Kumar told me come back in 1 hour and he will reduce the size for FREE of Cost. When I came back he had the package ready for me to pick up and he practically handed me the package at the door showing me way out. I insisted on inspecting the ring and I demanded that he weighs it again, and guess what the ring was weighing less than the what I had paid for, since gold jewelry goes by the weight. English translation I was taking home $145 less gold than what I had paid for! Screw the service, most Indian shops in general lack that aspect (try Shalimar if you dare!) This shop does not do honest business

I have been going to this place for years despite the low budget tacky service..... but recently got turned off, by the icy customer service of the women who memorized my face despite me dropping several thousands throughout the years there.... I have turned to Bhindis because I am treated kindly and with respect... The best part is at Bhindis they do not treat you like scum if you dont speak hinidi Kumar smells bad too, i mean the incense is so thick you can barely shop, and oh the owner is a jerk and DO NOT GET YOUR JEWELERY REPARIED THERE!!! the man is like a thief!

You get worst possible customer treatment here. Firstly I thought I had a bad day. But got the same treatment twice. Ask for high priced item, you are bound to get great reception otherwise you are asking for ill treatment. Dont go.

They OK store to buy gold etc. They have reasonalbly OK customer service. I found them friendly. Price is little highter than Manisha in Sunnyvale.
