Some of the reviews seems to be describing this place getting it confused with the one off of hawin.. high end and very professional offering amazing prices.. this is one of my first choice of place to shop for upholesty and for occasional cloth fabric..

I love this place. Over the years I have purchased fabric for custom curtains and fabric to reupholster my vintage furniture. Great Prices with a lot of choices. I keep coming back for more. They also carry hardware and other items.

Low budget good quality fabric and curtain material, trimmings by the yard. Large selection. Chinese owned, a bit hard to communicate with but seems to be all over the place, some bad some good prices.

Very disorganized. The sales clerk said that it was displayed by color, but it was haphazard and its not on rolls. Over 70% seemed stacked in bins like a clearance center.
