This is the experience my wife had in Locatel store: Locatel Hallandale use to be one of my favorites stores. I use to buy things there at least once a week since they opened, over 10 years ago. Im very polite, I dont like to talk too much, I dont like to argue with anybody and, I always try to avoid any dispute. Everything was apparently fine until one day. That day was Saturday, November 29th, 2014. I had the worst experience as a customer in my life. Ive been treated as a thief without any reasoning. This individual, her name is Yael Zovi, is very disrespectful, unreasonable, impolite and, dangerous to work with customers. I was doing my shopping as usual and then I was getting ready to pay at the cash register. At that time, the cashier, I dont know the name, and this person, Yael Zovi, which called herself "manager" started to aggress me verbally and insinuating that I was stealing something from the store without any reason and she was keep mentioning that they have cameras. This person, Yael Zovi, asked the cashier if she saw me putting something in my purse. The cashier answer was "No". I was shocked about their attitude and I canceled the transaction (was about 180.00$), then I told them that Im a customer there since opening and Ive never been treated so disrespectful. You cannot imagine what I went through. I tried to defend myself, I even wanted to show them the interior of my purse but they wouldnt listen to me. Then I asked their names and they wouldnt give it to me. I took their pictures and at this moment Yael Zovi got so angry and literally started screaming at me that she wanted me out of there and to not go there anymore because Im not welcome. I wanted to call the Police because it was inacceptable to treat a customer this way. I was rushing to pick up my daughter from math lessons so I left. Besides that, I had a cold too that day and my condition got worst because of that experience. I was shocked, I was crying and I couldnt believe it what was happening to me. Next day, I went speak to the owner, Maurice Raul, but he was not really listening to me and he didnt try to help me out or to save the situation. I also I went to Hallandale Police to complain but they couldnt help me. It wasnt that important since they didnt touch me. Nowadays, that individual, Yael Zovi, still works there without any problems. Probably she had been promoted Manager, ironically. This situation is really pathetic and I will never go there ever in my entire life! I will never recommend this store to anybody! Even now after nearly 6 months, I still didnt find peace after what happened to me that day! Thats why Im writing this review because people need to know what to expect in that place.

Very poor customer service . I came there January 18th to purchase some fish oil pills...I went directly to the pharmacist and asked if she new of any brand that would not cause the burping up of the aftertaste of fish oil. She directed one of the employees to show me some burbless fish oil...Based upon the women who helped me I choose to buy one that she assured me would not have aftertaste of fish oil...So i bought it tried it and i was burping up the fish oil taste all day....I brought it back immediately the next day and ask for a refund...The manager said we cant give refunds its store policy...I explained the situation to her and she repeated the store policy. I told her that i would have not bought the product if it was nt for the recommendation made by store clerk...She again repeated the store policy in her stoic manner.I tossed the item on the counter feeling frustrated and told her she could keep it...and i walked out and said that i would never come back to this store again...I then went back about a minute latter and asked to see if i could at least exchange it for another brand...And she once again in her stoic manner repeated the store policy....If the folks who are in charge of helping customer do not know enough the products in your store then they shouldnt be making recommendations. They should just admit they dont know...I have been a frequent customer of CVS and NEVER had a problem bringing an item back if i was not satisfied with it....My experience with them has been stellar...They make every effort to try to be helpful. Their demeanor is friendly, warm and accommodating...The manager I dealt with at your store on that day was none of these things.....I am not one to complain but after my experience with your store manager i needed to voice my opinion....Trish Keporos...

I called this place yesterday and apparently they want to charge people for EVERYTHING. No one would believe me if I wrote what their proposal was, but believe me, it was outrageous! Another place insisted that they come out to take a look (and of course charge for travel and time). I would have brought it in myself. Regardless, I wont go to these two places, which are close to me (one in Hollywood on Federal and one especially on Hallandale Beach Blvd.) I ended up calling Statewide Mobility, Inc. and a professional, ethical man named Drew simply asked me a few questions and ta-da! Situation resolved. Dont waste your time and money here.

If there was a way to give this pharmacy 0 stars then that would be the rating I would give this place, the customer service is terrible, the staff is extremely rude as if they did not want to be there. The manager kicked me out of the store because it was closing time and he completely disregarded the fact that I had entered the store 10 minutes before closing time and had looked for help but all staff was rude and refused to help, once I did get help I was told to leave immediately. I do NOT recommend going to this pharmacy and I will not be making any purchases here in the near future

If I could give this place an even worse rating I would! The lack of organization if horrendous! And very disappointing I came to get support stockings for my mother who just had surgery and she needs the stockings.. On two different occasions they messed up. They said they will be better organized ok I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance to get it right and they still.messed up some how they manage to lose the order. It cost me 71 dollars! May not be a lot but still this is ridiculous

Dont waste your time here. The staff is NOT FRIENDLY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. All products are way OVER PRICED. The check out counter always has a long line that goes down the isles and only ONE check out person. Shop somewhere else!!! GO TO AVENTURA SICK ROOM instead. Its ON FED. HWY. You will be treated better there. They are VERY FRIENDLY AND LOW PRICES !!!

Called a customer service to ask the price for a specific diapers, and lady was complaining that I called with such a question to another lady, how rude and unprofessional that was! She said why they dont come and see? I live in a 100 miles and I Couldnt just come for nothing. I would highly recommend to work better on communication skills and be more professional.
