Trotz Notfall, welcher in 5 Minuten erledigt gewesen wäre, wurden wir nicht bedient. Der ”Spezialist” saß mit der weiblichen Aushilfe im Behandlungszimmer und hat Kaffee getrunken. Uns wurde vom Herr am Empfang ein Termin in zwei Tagen angeboten oder wir sollten ins Krankenhaus gehen. Der Herr am Empfang war sehr herablassend und arrogant. An einer schnellen unkomplizierten Lösung war er nicht interessiert. Sein Dialekt war eine absolute Katastrophe und der Wille sauberes Englisch zu reden war gleich null. Zum Glück haben wir 700m weiter einen Optiker mit Augenarzt gefunden, der uns schnell und unkompliziert geholfen hat.

I was informed they accepted my insurance prior to making the appointment, but they did not, so I was stuck with the bill. They sold me vitamins for $50 that I realized were expired once I got home. They do not wipe down equipment between patients and previous patients coffee cups were around the exam room. Their Valet wanted to charge me even though it was validated, because I went over by 5 minutes. I was standing outside waiting on them for 10 minutes. This was a terrible experience. They should be embarrassed. Its really unfortunate since I like the doctor who I thought I would be seeing from TLC (Dr. Steltzer), but instead they put me with someone else. I dont like to seeing providers without researching them first. All the positive reviews really have me confused. It just goes to show you cant trust peoples reviews, because anyone can write them.

I had the pleasure of visiting this office on April 18. I was in SoBe for a triathlon that weekend, and my last pair of contacts ripped - the day before the triathlon. I called in frantically seeking a doctor to see me for a same-day appointment and to give me a pair of trial contact lenses. Because of my extreme vision needs, I had a hard time finding a place who can give me something close to my prescription, but luckily, they were able to give me something to get me through the competition. The administrative staff not only were quick, courteous and extremely knowledgeable, but they also helped calm my nerves about my triathlon. The doctor who saw me wished me luck and sent me on my way with new contacts. I wish my Dr.s office was this pleasant each time I went.

I recently had the best eye exam ever with Dr. Stelzer at South Beach Vision! He was incredibly thorough and informative. I recommend that everyone in the miami beach area get their eyes examined by him! Dr. Stelzer took the time to listen and went the extra step to make sure that I left his office feeling well taken care of. The staff at South Beach Vision are equally impressive and there is a great selection of luxury and designer frames and sunglasses to choose from. I am particularly in love with my new prescription sunglasses that I got here!!!!

Had an eye emergency and called over to South Beach Vision - had not been before. They agreed to see me the same day. Amazing Service. Office is spotless, staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the doctor was incredible. I spent an hour and a half there making sure my eye was ok and then the doctor sent me for a follow-up eye scan. They went beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended - we are super lucky to have them on the beach.

What a great experience. I came across South Beach Vision online and at first did not know what to expect but I can truly say that this vision center is awesome. Its convenient, professional and very classy. The staff and Dr. Stelzer were extremely accommodating and were there to help me with all of my questions. Juan at front desk and the Doctor are super efficient and professional. Great selection of glasses and very helpful in guiding you in sections. I had asked them to please rush my order as I was flying out of town on Sunday - my appointment with them was on Tuesday and my glasses were ready by THURSDAY!! Just two days to get the ready! Amazing!!!!! Thank you. I will definitely be going to them in the future.

Excellent service and attention! Theyre open on Saturdays, which is very convenient. The staff took the time to show me lots of frames and helped me pick the right one. Also, the building has valet (they validate it) which is a great point for the lack of parking in Miami Beach. Overall, a great experience. Im happy I chose to come here.

This was the happiest optometrist team I have ever encountered after 20+ years of going to eye doctors. When walking in, I was offered the option of 8 varieties of gourmet coffees or a chilled bottle of water.
