Great Selection, Terrible Customer Service! Tonight I went in to buy some brew. Wanting a cold 6 pack, the selection is somewhat limited in the cooler so I went with a fav, Bass Ale. The 6 pack only had 3. I couldnt find anymore. I figured Id take it and surely get the 6 pack price times 50% as they were the ones out of stock. I also picked up another brand I like warm to complete the purchase. So either the "manager" is terrible at customer service or Total Wines keeps their managers on way-to-tight-a-leash, but the guy refused my simple request and insisted Id have to pay the single bottle price. Horrible way to treat a regular customer! Yes, that price was only .33 cents higher and wont change my life, but it was disappointing enough to prompt this review. And... Ill be checking the selection at Big Daddys, ABC and the grocery chains...

I went in the other day looking a few wines I had in mind to pick up another time....in another words, checking the place out. So instead of going out empty handed, I picked up a candy bar on the way out. The cashier looked like she doesnt want to be here and doesnt like me for whatever reason. What happened next? I got carded for buying a candy bar!!! 1.) Im hitting 40 yrs old. 2.) Im buying a candy bar. At this point, I dont know if Im upset about getting carded for buying a candy bar or the attitude/manner in which she is telling me. I asked for a manager explaining the situation and received kind of a BS excuse that justified the cashier. Whatever....Im out of there.

I am a regular client, but today I was surprised by the price on one of the products. A little tequila bottle of Camarena. It said $2.99 in the pricetag but the cashier insisted on asking for $13. I requested a price check but she relied on what her partner said. I came back after checking out of the store and the price on the remaining little bottle was in fact $2.99. I do not like arguing with cashiers because is not their fault that the system shows a wrong price. But I do not appreciate when a mistake easily rectifying Is just ignored. Really disappointed.

Top notch Total Wine, customer service is excellent, staff is knowledagble, parking g available. Also best advice is if your looking for an event space as long as you incorporate a wine tasting they have s multi use room thst can be used for any kind of event as long as it incorporates wine and you have a large enough party with valid id

George was a jerk conducting the wine tasting. I asked if he had any reds that were a little sweeter, possibly from Hungary ( I had tried one at a friends house) and he literally sneered "We only have 8000 wines. We cant have them all.". NO suggestions for something else. Even my laid back husband commented!!

Heaven for wine, spirit, and beer connoisseurs alike. Great customer service paired with aisles and aisles of rare beers, fine wines, and spirits from virtually all over the world, and you have a one stop shop for a party or event. One of the few in Miami and this one does not disappoint.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Yesterday my corporate credit card was refused on the grounds that it was not identical to my drivers license even tho my corporation bears my name. The management and service at this store has gone down hill in the last few months.

Customer service, not very friendly. Look and act miserable. No one smiles. No diversity. I recommend Pembrooke pines, and West Palm.. Super Friendly, willing to educate you on products and show you new product!!! I spend more money there..Love the stores!!

Beautiful store. Nice Cashiers. Excellent selection of wine and spirits. Anyone who gave this establishment less that an 4 is just difficult to please. Priced right, especially for Biscayne Boulevard. You cant ask for more. The absolute BEST!

Total Wine like any Total is huge. The sales people running around have no knowledge, just pushing sales whatever you put your eye on. Prices are much higher than in Maryland where I moved from. I was used to $32 for Veuve and $150 for Krug.

Best place to find items most liquor stores dont carry. Many recommendation cards are in the shelves but if you ever want that personal touch the staff is usually right around the corner
