I went to this location to see if they carried a certain type of cigar when I went to the cash register to look to see what brands they carried a representative by the name of Chris asked if I needed any help I indicated to him that the lady behind me was before me then proceeded to inform me that he needed my identification informed him that my id was in the car and that I wasnt making a purchase I went and Retrieve my Id from the car presented it to the representative named Chris upon handing him my id I made the remark that Im probably older than you. At that point Chris declined to render his services to the Lady who I had indicated him was ahead of me statung that he wasnt going to assist her because he didnt want to "be bothered" the lady informed him that she had nothing to do with what was happening and he still refused to assist her with ringing up her purchase so we both asked to speak with a manager. When the manager Karen came and attempted to deescalate the situation Chris at that time felt it was pertinent to then come over and tell the manager that the lady who I initially instructing him needed assistance was informing the manager about Chriss lack of customer service and chose to argue with both of us even after calling the manager on three occasions she had to tell Chris to let her handle the situation which he said he did not want to be bothered with from the beginning. His lack of respect to a consumer is unnerving and reflects poorly on ABC due to the fact that I frequently make purchases at ABC. Chriss attitude and demeanor pertaining to customer service is absolutely appalling and he needs proper training when it vines to customer servicing and need to made aware not to undermine management when seeking their assistance and definitely not to be disrespectful to the customers and management of ABC to other customers.

I came into the store to purchase a few drinks for a dinner party Im having. I gave my child two bottles to hold for me because my hands were full. When I got to the cashier the she stated that she wont sell me anything because my child was under aged. I said maam clearly my hands are full Im not buying this for my child it for a dinner party I hosting. She instisted in stating that how Im a horrible parent and refused to sell me anything. Horrible service! I will not come to this store again, clearly they dont deserve my money what so ever! I will spend the extra few dollar at publix liquor store and I will get better customer service. How dare this woman think I would by alcholol for my child! RUDE and PREJUDICE!

Ususually with Other ABC locations that I have been to ive had subpar service at best. But this Location I would recomend to do any purchases for Liquor here. The Staff was great , The Store was very Clean and the Service I received was absolutely amazing. I would especially love to give a Kudos to a paticular associate who rang me up last Friday. I believe her name was Alicia or Felicia. She was very kind and welcoming and she is model for what associates in any store should be like. You have a wonderful staff and I will be stopping by again real soon. 5 Stars !! ( I never Give 5 Stars ever.)

The guy on the counter matthew was very disrespectful. He provided poor service and treated me as if i was a criminal. He didnt give none of the other customers any trouble as they were white. But anyone else too dark in pigmentations is mistreated. If i was so unpleasing then why did he keep staring at my breast. Im not gonna coming here. There are plenty other places to buy liquor from. I could not make my purchase of wine because the other person that was with me who had no ID nor was they purchasing anything could not show theyre ID!! Mind you Im 28 years old n Im the one swiping my card under my name n you clearly have my ID in hand !!! Theres no disclosure of nor policy posted anywhere in the store stating everyone standing by the cash box needs an ID!!

I love this place, many selections. Pedro the wine consultant is awesome! I usually come every Friday to pick up a couple of bottles of wine for the weekend. He takes the time to teach and explain everything in detail. (And with a smile) superb customer service.

Good prices...however, they mail out coupons which I cant ever use...impossible to understand what we need to buy to redeem a $5 coupon...better not to mail them...not sure if I want to continue being a customer or go to competition...employees are. very nice

The employees here are always incredibly helpful. It actually seems like they love their jobs. It’s one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Well that and their comprehensive selection of course. I find all of my hard to find favorites here.

This place has a whole bunch of stuff, like stuff I didnt even know existed. Except, they didnt have what we were looking for so we ended up just buying a bottle of tequila. Great atmosphere and awesome employees, would definitely come back.

This location always have what Im looking for. Purchased a case of some high-end champagne for New Years, and I must admit they treat you a little better when they crack open the glass case where they keep the good stuff locked up.

I couldnt buy liquor because my guest didnt have an id... Stupid ass place. Racist.i picked up the bottle and I was purchasing. Dont take your spouse in there if they dont have an id cause they wont serve you.. Horrible experience!!

Small but decent selection. Great prices. Very knowledgeable. Only issue is they cant seem to keep things in stock, and they dont replenish their refrigerated section enough. So you might end up having to purchase warm beer.

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are strict about ID and I like that. Dont take your kids to this store. Everyone has to be over 21 at checkout. Great selection here!
