My husband & I went to Royal yesterday looking for a new sofa. There were so many styles to choose from and since our living room is small we had to go with a small size sofa. (They were able to accommodate our need). Art was our salesman and he is very knowledgeable, he is not "pushy" and above all, he is HONEST ! He explained that all the furniture is AMERICAN made right here in the USA ! Our sofa will be coming from Iowa! Unlike other furniture stores in the area we went to, we were able to choose the style of the sofa, the color & the kind of fabric we liked (and believe me, there were MANY color schemes to choose from). Also, for the throw pillows, you had a choice of fabric to match (didnt need to be the same as the sofa). We couldnt do that at the other places we looked at. Prices are quite comparable to the other stores we looked at but the service at Royal is much more personable and I believe in keeping business with the "Ma n Pa" stores ~ Not the bigger "chain stores". We will most DEFINITELY do business with Royal Furniture in Emmaus. I cant say enough about the most pleasant experience we encountered and I would recommend Royal Furniture to everyone !! I just had a large rotator cuff shoulder repair surgery. One of the hardest parts is just not being able to get comfortable to sleep at night. A few friends I leaned on recommended a recliner. So, yesterday, recovering from surgery, I went off to find a recliner with my daughter driving, of course. I found one that was acceptable, but that store could not deliver for a week and I could not bear another week of sleeplessness. I called Royal, somewhat desperately asking if they had a Flexsteel recliner that I could have soon. Art was so very kind and invited me over. Art showed us every good match (price and Flexsteel) in the store. When he saw the difficulty I was having with getting the recliner to recline due to my inability to use my arm, Art recommended a power recliner. We picked a very comfy, well-supported, power Flexsteel recliner. And they delivered the very next day. So, I bought a wonderful piece of furniture at a reasonable price from a very accommodating local retailer. Wow. Thank you for letting me get a much better nights sleep sitting up with my rotator cuff repaired arm better supported.

When we built our first home we purchased all our furniture from Michael at Royal Furniture. 14 years later we now a family of 5 and recently built a larger home. We were in need of more furniture so we looked up Michael. He remembered us, took care of our furniture needs and impressed me with his customer service and follow up skills. When a slight problem arose he was quick to come to my aid and have it fixed. I am a happy and loyal customer!

Really great little furniture store, prices are much better then big chain furniture stores.
