Purchased a 2001 Hyundai Tiburon from them back in 2012. Put a $1,000.00 down payment on the car and started the loan contract. My first new car. I was really excited. After the test drive the car seemed fine. Nothing to note that was wrong with it. Until we went higher than 45 miles per hour. The speedometer couldnt shift gears properly and found out it was the transmission. They replaced it but put an old battery in the vehicle. My boyfriend at the time noticed the issue and purchased a new one. When telling them about the issues we had, one of the mechanics stated they placed the battery in there themselves and it was brand new. Many more issues started happening along the way. The A/C unit had already been damaged (but this was never informed during the contract) and it will cost $1,500.00 per 2 mechanic quotes to repair. The alternator, radiator, calipers, starter, etc, have all had to be replaced due to the poor quality of the parts in the vehicle and when I came to file a complaint with proper businesses unfortunately it was too late as it was past the set date of warranty. Do not purchase any vehicle from this company. If you want reasons why, Ive provided many. You will spend more of your money rebuilding the vehicle than its worth. In fact, the business is so horrible that two of the dealers whom I dealt with at the time no longer work there. Take pre-caution, have a licensed and experienced mechanic, and take the vehicle for test drive higher than 45 miles per hour.

I honestly wish i had a different Quality score worse than poor to fair.. When we went here a few years ago and traded in our 91 honda for one they only gave us 1000 for the car then we put 6k down on a chrysler pacifica come to find out what the sales man told us wasent true about the car... the head lights were not automatic turn on/off so i was pulled over a few times for reminders and warnings for the headlights... for two there wasnt a 5 disk cd changed in the car... wow were we the fools yes we were ... come to find out my brother takes the car for a drive when he gets on break from the air force... he says he never wants to drive it again there is something really wrong with it... this is a couple days after we signed the papers we take it in to our shop they say the engine mounts are busted and they shouldnt have even sold us the car on top of that both tire rodes were snapped in half... wow really? not safe at all for us to drive... so after putting another 1000 into the car its like we just gave them our honda... totally worse decision we have ever made.... there about the money and thats all i called ahead to let the manager know he said well they must just want ur money cause we inspected the car... really..... I think this please shouldnt even be able to be licensed or even sell cars.... just my thoughts,.. hope this saves someone a huge headache....

I just want to thank Zamora auto sale for helping me out with the whole process with purchasing a vihecle with them!..it was my first experience purchasing a vihecle and I didnt think it would had gone that great to purchase one on my own!:) because I didnt had any credit at all and every other dealership i would go i need it some type of credit or a cosigner but thanks to jorge from zamora auto sales that help me out with all that paper work and everything I need it for me to purchase my first car!:),He didnt only help do that but he also help me with problems that my car had after I had purchased it and they didnt have anything to do with it. I gave him a call and told him about it and he was really nice and told me he was more than happy to help with that. Once again thank you guys all from Zamora auto sales for helping me with all that I would definitely purchase another vihecle with you guys in the future!:)) ........if its your first time purchasing a vihecle I would so recommend you to go with Zamora auto sales they will help with all that like they help me!:)

bought a car back in May of this year (2016) Pedro was the person that help us out getting the car and getting a good percentage for our payments, after couple of days I noticed that the AC wasnt working correctly and thats when I communicate to Pedro and he send me to Jorge he helped me out to fix our AC and it was nice of him working with me even though the problem from the AC wasnt on writing he work it out on finding a good time he was the one in charge on taking the car to the mechanic and the best of it is that I didnt had to pay any money out of my pocket. Maybe in the future I would be purchasing another vehicle. Thank you

I came here on a whim to see what I could get into. My other car broke down and I needed something for the kids. I had a bankruptcy last year and only had a couple hundred dollars down. Alex worked so hard to be able to get me into something I not only liked, but could afford. He literally was running around trying to figure this all out for me. I cannot thank him enough for finding me this great Subaru Outback for me to drive around in the sun and snow. Ill be coming back next time I need another vehicle. Good selection, too!

called in saying i couldnt make it to give them the rest of the payment and would come next day. the next they i went to the bank and Zamora had takin money out my bank (paid half money with debit card when i took the car). That money was for my rent. car ended up with bad transmission after a week and bad timing belt. they also charge high interest rate when u can go to any bank you want an they give u the loan a very low interest rate. they also have hidden fees. NEVER GO TO ZAMORA WORST PLACE EVER.
