If I could leave negative stars, I would. I went there the first time for a truck, which they had sold. I looked around a bit and they pointed out a Jetta with a price I couldnt refuse. So I tell them I have a trade in, currently not running and they say its fine theyll get a truck to pick it up. I sign a few papers after they say Im approved and I leave with the car. I had the car for about a week and a half and finally made it around my work schedule to go sign the final paperwork. I spoke with the salesman, Sam the night before. When I got in there the manager John told me I was not approved and that I would have to leave the car! Wish Sam would have mentioned that when I spoke with him. So there I am with no way home because I thought the car was mine, he asks another salesman to drive me home. As were driving down the road, we get about 10 miles from the dealership and he has the audacity to ask me for gas money because the car is empty! Unbelievable! A week and a half and I didnt hear anything other than we still had some papers to sign!

Im out $3,000 after working with them, and got nothing for it. Do not trust them. I traded my car that was paid off toward a pickup, which broke down the first day I had it. It was like pulling teeth to get John, the finance guy, to do anything about it. He actually hung up on me while I was broken down on the side of the road that first day, when I was telling him I needed help. I had to call him back. A month later, long after I needed a pickup anymore, they told me it was fixed. I told John I wanted my old car, or the cash, instead. He basically told me where I could stick it. I could trust him that the pickup was fixed, and make payments on it, or I could have nothing. I also found out he sold my old car. These guys are snakes. Dont trust them. I gave you several chances to do the right thing, John. Money is more important to you, though. I dont want anyone else, with a family like me, to be taken advantage of by your dishonesty, like I was.

Ok so I did get a decent car out of this for $1,800 which btw not freaking worth that much. They overcharged me for dmv fees and the guy said he would get my windshield fixed for a better price and he did that. He had another freaking customer drive my car that I own back to the lot. I am not happy with this at all. Once my plates are in and I get them I am never coming here again. And if they see this and withhold my plates there is good chance this will be going somewhere else for everything you have put me through. This is bull crap and I should of never trusted you after I got my car. They did however refund my money to get the registration in my name.

I first purchased an 03 be jetta 6 speed that I was told was turbo... It wasnt it had a blown head gasket, they traded it out for a 2000 Volvo and after a few days the breaks locked up and wrecked it then they gave me a 2006 Chevy cobult and it has a lifter knocking and blows blue smoke, I was told they will pay up to $300 to fix it but they wont do any of that. They even found an excuse to not trade me a better car for my son to be in which was in a car accident in March and has medical issues. Do not get a car from them. Some of the employees are nice and amazing but I dont trust their vehicles. I wont be getting another car from them

Great place to purchase a vehicle. We got a great deal on a reliable car. Even with our crappy credit!!! they were able to find the right financing. When I read their reviews, I was hesitant to even set foot on this place, but now I disagree with many of the negativity of these reviews. This is a family owned business and they really make you feel at home. No, it is not one of those dealerships where you will find salespeople with tie and tuxedo, but these people do really work hard to give you a good deal and find you the right bank. Thanks Elizabeth, my mother is loving her car.

We came to an agreement and they ended up using every excuse they could think of to try to screw me. John is one of the sales managers there and hes a piece of human trash. Dishonest and doesnt care about anything but taking your money. Their car lot more resembles a junk yard than a car lot as well. Ive been to many car lots and this one is by far the absolute worst.

Terrible place. Do not go there. Once they find out you are above average intelligence or that you actually looked up Kelly Blue Book the car you want is suddenly unavailable. Oh, dont both leaving them a message, as they have no voice mail box. This is a trap for the dim bulbs with no money and no credit.
