I have the worst luck with car. And never had anything better then a 05. And my car lot refereed me to this dealership. I felt with Jeff, Nate, Kyle and Jerome I believe (he has the most amazing eyes ps) lol. But I went in not even wanting to purchase a vehicle that day, just wanting to see what my options were or if I was even qualified for such a nice car. Me being me I was looking at older 2008 cars and asking about them. But instead i drove off with a 2017 DODGE JOURNEY. With 8 miles . Like I seriously cried Im so amazed by these men. They treated me so well I did have a pretty long wait however but that was because I was playing negotiating games with the finance company. But the whole time the constantly checked in on me . Offered me drinks and even there staff lunch they ordered. I can truly say I have never been treated so well by any other dealership and they work magic. I couldnt even believe the deal I got my damn self. ☺️ I cant even tell you who to see because all these men were very helpful, knowledgeable, willing to answer any question and quite funny I might add. Im so pleased I dont even want to drive my car I jus want to look at it and admire it . They made my first real car buying process so amazing Ill NEVER go anywhere else again! Period ! They even fixed it up to where the 2002 I was paying on is getting returned to the original lot and swooped off my credit! I can go on and on and on about how good they were. JUST GO IN AND CHECK THEM OUT FOR YOURSELVES YOULL BE SO GLAD YOU DID!

COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. They simply lied to me about multiple expensive repairs to components that were not even broken. I was given a crazy high estimate for some repairs, so I got a second opinion from an independent auto shop. Two of the items that the dealership said were broken and needed full replacements were not even broken. One just needed a fuse to be replaced (which I told them I suspected was the case, but they lied and said I need to replace the whole trailer hitch plug). The second item was complete rack and pinion assembly which they said was leaking fluid and would need over $2K to replace. The second shop checked it and there is no leak at all - not even in the boot - and the fluids are full! The one thing that really was broken, they wanted ANOTHER $2K to fix, but the independent shop fixed it for $750. They quoted me a total of $4,200. I ended up spending only $750 at the very reputable independent shop. They straight-up lied to my face, in person, and tried to make me replace very expensive parts that were not even broken. Simply fraudulent. I dont even trust them to change my oil now.

BUYER BEWARE Well, I thought it went well when my husband and I purchased a used 2013 Dodge Avenger on a Sat night 10 days ago (after a car accident totalled our car). We were told it was our car and congratulations. Well today I received a call telling us esentially to bring the car back because financing fell through. However, if we could increase our payments by approx. $75.00 a month we could still have the car. This was very upsetting because it was our understanding it was a done deal and at no time were we told it was still pending financing approval. They also tried 17 lenders (since we had credit issues from over a years unemploymnet in the past) causing our credit to be ruined even further. I had already purchased tire chains for the car among other items and had placed it on our insurance. Since I found this out I discovered that they have done this before and even one of people at the dealership said it has happened to him when selling a car before. Why no warning? and why did it take 10 days to find this out?

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! VERY Dishonest Shady Business practices. They used the bait and switch method on me when I was looking at a car online. The car had an alignment problem from the beginning but "Coach" the sales person told me "Oh thats just Oregon roads because they bevel, it’s a brand new SUV you are fine!" As I am not from this area to begin with I believed him until my tires wore out within the first two months!!! Then you can’t get an appointment in their service department AT ALL. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR SERVICE PLAN EITHER! They overcharge and under deliver! They tell you that you HAVE to drop your car off and then offer you a loner car while it’s in the shop. However, they dont mention they charge you per day for this loner car. All they give you is excuse after excuse of why they can’t help you. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ALL YOU WILL END UP WITH IS A VEHICLE WITH PROBLEMS AND A TEAM THAT WONT REMEMBER THEIR PROMISES OR ASSURANCES ONCE YOU SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ~!!

I was a first time car buyer female. I was pushed hard when I was only looking. I was told they only had 1 car in the whole lot i could be approved for. It was a kia and it had a BIG dent on the trunk. I took it anyways because they made me feel like I would never get approved anywhere else.... Now 7 months later my insurance is trying to make me pay for that dent as I have no paperwork saying it was previous damage. My agent has called several times with no response and I have called spoken to management who said he would have info I needed in a few hours and NEVER called me back. I called the next day and he is conveniently off that day. So here I sit frustrated and worried I will have to pay for something I didnt do......Oh and did I mention the car never got its tune up. Its like they took the car in and gave it straight to me. They even made me wait while they vacuumed it cuz that hadnt been done yet... YUP thats service.

We traveled to the dealership, from 45 min. away, to look at/purchase a truck that had been advertised on their web page as a new, top of the line model. We had also communicated with dealer personal; regarding the truck several times during the previous week. Upon arrival, we found that the truck in question was not in new condition. It had 10k miles on it, was being used by a dealership employee as personal transport, the interior was covered in in child debris, the headliner was stained, the tires were worn out, and the truck did not track/stop straight. It also had turned out the dealership employees had lied about equipment, options, and pricing on the vehicle before and after arrival. We flat out refused to purchase the truck, but we were held at the dealership while being pressured by various employees, who had falsely misplaced the keys to my trade-in vehicle. We will never do business with this dealership.

I have been to many dealerships and have never had this good of service. I thank you guys and ladies for the opportunity to do business with you. From the sales men to the gentlemen in the office you. I met Kyle just driving through Newberg two weeks ago and was looking for a vehicle I had been to many dealerships and let Kyle know I was in the market to trade and purchase a vehicle. I had been to many dealerships to find a sales rep that didnt know the product. It was different at Newberg dodge thanks Gentlemen and people that understand that your time and money matter. I got top dollar on my trade in and a great deal on the car. I will be recommending Newberg Dodge to family and friends.
