Bought my 2016 FatBob from Hoosier Harley, was a very loyal customer spending lots of $$$ there until they said they would take care of a broken Harley fork bag I bought from them, then wouldnt replace it because I bought it a week or so after I bought the bike but they would have replaced it if purchased with the bike.... really? A $30 fork bag to keep a loyal customer happy. So far since you refused to fix my broken fork bag I bought from you Ive spent well over $2000 on accessories from your competitor not counting the winter storage for my bike they got also, they will also be getting the upcoming 5000 mile service and Dyno that needs done too. YOU Hoosier Harley Davidson would have gotten all of that business from me and much much more if you would have only taken care of a simple defective strap on a fork bag. Sorry Hoosier but if I cant trust you to take care of a $30 defective item how can I trust you if I would happen to get a defective item costing hundreds more? If you want to keep those loyal customers with all the repeat business that comes with it you should try a little harder to keep those customers happy.... dont tell them one thing then do the opposite... just sayin.... UPDATE... Received a birthday gift card from Hoosier so went to get a few small items, and to my surprise the owner saw me and let me know he saw my review and wanted to make things right.. well he sure did! Thank you Hoosier for going above and beyond to make everything right!! I will now continue to be a loyal customer due to the fact that you showed me you really do care about your customers (it does sadden me that you had to get rid of that employee who wouldnt take care of my problem.. I do understand now why) See you again soon! Dennis
Hoosier Harley was amazing!!! We bought our first bike back in 2011. Loved it and still have it till this day! Hoosier was great throughout the whole deal. Waiting on us to make the right decision. Giving us all the options we had! Today was my turn, I bought my very first Harley!! I was so excited, but had no idea what I wanted to get! I knew something with a small, narrow tank! Jason and the staff at Hoosier were awesome! He laid all my options out for me and let me sleep on it (2 weeks sleep on it). I finally picked one and brought it home tonight!!! The staff stayed late to help us and finish all the paperwork. Explained all the aspects of the bike in and out. Best Harley Shop Ever!!!! Thanks Hoosier!
Just bought my second Streetglide here, and one day Ill buy my third. Matt Leonard goes the extra mile when showing you the motorcycle your interested in. I would definitely recommend you shop here. I have seen some reviews on here that are not 5 star. I am really shocked by that. I am in Retail Sales Management, and I have seen nothing but Excellent Customer service! From the Sales team, Finance Office, to Motorclothes, Parts, and Service, this Dealership is amazing. Everybody there is extremely knowledgeable, and want to answer your questions. Every time I go in I feel like one of the guys. Go in and look around, see for yourself.
I went in to order a Thunder header for my bike. Parts said they would have to order it which I understood. I asked the parts guy if he wanted me to pay for it before they placed the order and he told me that I dont have to. two weeks later i had heard nothing so I called and they told me that it never got ordered so again I asked do you need me to pay for it first and again they said no. two more weeks go by and still nothing. so once again I called and they said again that it was not ordered. so I called another dealer and had it with in a week.
Hoosier Harley-Davidson is my Favorite Harley Dealer!!!! They are always helpful, greet me when I walk in the door and they offer the BEST Sales and Staff Around!! Dont believe any of the reviews coming from competitors. Hoosier Harley-Davidsons Parts and Service department are more qualified than the wrenchers up the street calling themselves mechanics. If that group had any of the skill, knowledge and perserverance it takes to run a family owned Harley-Davidson Dealership in Elkhart IN, Im sure the building would still have their name on it!
I dont appreciate you guys putting up a fence because other business around you are making more money and more customers like your parking lot has never gotten filled by your customers for you sit there and be so extra to build a fence...and then not even give the handicapped parking spot space like really?!?!?!.I dont have anything to do with the company you try to block Ive just been a daily customer and I see what you guys did and thats pretty crappy..ignorant selfish people like you are true examples of greedy old america
Just bought my very first Harley. A 2017 Road King the whole buying experience was outstanding. All the staff are very friendly and made us feel very comfortable .I will definitely be telling people about how great they are. The customer service is excellent it doesnt matter if your looking at the clothes or the bikes they are always there to help answer any questions you might have.
The service department needs to have employees with knowledge of parts. Bought a set of bearings for back wheel on bagger. Got home two bags in box, one had been opened and did not match the part number and one did. Had the bike apart in driveway and had to wait for next day to go to another dealer to get correct part. Wasted my money at Hoosier.... will never go back!!!!!!!!!!!
The management rocks at this dealership. My company (Commercial Painting Services) has worked for many dealerships and I give them 2 thumbs up for their ability to treat contractors with welcoming arms. Usually not the case working for dealerships. Their warm welcoming attitude with people is a great asset for customer service! Check out their new service floor.
This is the place to go! Ive been to a lot of dealerships between Tennessee to Michigan and Hoosier has given me the best experience every time Ive been there! Today they sold me a brand new 2017 ultra limited and the knowledge that Matt has about these bikes is astounding! They all made the experience a day that I will not forget!

Bought a 2014 V-Rod Muscle a couple years back. They hooked me up with aftermarket pipes and a backrest before arranging and shipping the bike to Florida where I live. Sales staff is super knowledgeable and quick to help you make the right purchase. Thank you!
2nd bike from Hoosier. Really appreciate the no hassle no pressure sale from Matt. They were very patient as it took me awhile to decide what I wanted. Jason does a great job explaining the financials. Ill continue to give Hoosier my business in the future.
