I have to come on here and admit my mistake. I condemned the entire dealership based on my interaction with one salesman, and that was the wrong thing to do. I purchased a new bike from a dealer in Indianapolis, but Bloomington is my local dealer, so as much as I didnt want to at first, I was going to go to them for parts and service. I have purchased several new goodies from Bloomingtons Parts Department for my new bike, and the guys in that area are friendly, courteous and very helpful. Bloomingtons Service Department really impressed me. I took my bike to them for the 1000 mile service, and they not only performed that, they made some minor adjustments to my bike that I planned on doing myself without being asked. I thought that was a very nice touch. Only drawback is theyre very pricey. I would have loved to have bought my bike from these guys, and if that salesman would have cared more about putting some time in with me versus selling hot dogs or whatever he was doing that day, he would probably have made a sale. So far, Bloomingtons other departments have saved the day for the dealership as far as my business goes. I will probably give them another shot when Im ready to buy again, but it will be a while. Im loving the new bike!

GUTLESS BASTARD LIARS! They damaged my bike and lied about it. I left my classic Honda with them to store until it was picked up by a hauling service. When the hauling service came to get it, they found some serious body damage (on my brand new paint job, no less) caused (apparently) by straps rubbing across the gas tank cover. The hauling company noted it in the inspection report, a copy of which was given to the HD service people. I called them and they denied it all, up to the point of saying that they did not have a copy of that report. The rep from the bike hauling company spoke with them on several occasions and all they do is deny it. Stay clear of these jerks unless you have an emergency.

My husband and I have purchased a couple of motorcycles from Bloomington Harley Davidson with the most recent being a 2011 Ultra Classic. I obtained my motorcycle license via the all womens riders edge course. They took the time to teach me the basics and the class was very informative. It really boosted my confidence and everyone was great. We purchase many items from the parts department and the bikes look great! Thanks Bloomington Harley for being a caring and professional dealership!

I went in here and one of the mechanics seriously did not know what a Shovelhead was. Its only the most popular engine Harley ever made. Then did not have a clue how to adjust a carburetor. .. Ill go somewhere else for service.
