I WAS ENROUTE TO IDAHO WHEN MY HERITAGE BROKE DOWN. I AM A SINGLE WOMAN AND WAS TRAVELLING SOLO. I HAD ALREADY TRAVELLED 5500 MILES AND WAS EXPERIENCING WHAT I FELT TO BE A SERIOUS OIL LEAK. I CAMPED AT THE LOCAL KOA AND PROMPTLY CONTACTED THE WABASH DEALERSHIP. I TOOK MY BIKE IN ON MONDAY, ADVISED THEM I WAS ON MY WAY BACK TO IDAHO AND WAS STRANDED. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT. A CURT AND SOMEWHAT ARROGANT YOUNG MAN TOLD ME THE LEAK WASNT THAT BAD AND I COULD RIDE MY BIKE AS IS TO IDAHO. I DECLINED AND REQUESTED IT BE FIXED. TWO DAYS WENT BY AND I FINALLY SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED MY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE THAT A H-D SHOP WILL NORMALLY PUT A TRAVELLER AT THE TOP OF THE SERVICE LIST IN ORDER TO GET THEM BACK ON THE ROAD AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT MY BIKE HAD SERIOUS ISSUES, HOWEVER DUE TO A TECH OUT SICK AND ONE ON VACATION, SHE COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN THEY COULD LOOK AT IT. I TOLD HER THE FIRST SERVICE TECH HAD TOLD ME I COULD RIDE IT TO IDAHO, TO WHICH SHE STATED THAT THERE WAS LITTLE DOUBT THAT I COULD MAKE IT TO THE NEXT DEALER. UPON THE FIFTH DAY I FINALLY WAS AT MY WITS END. I HAD BEEN QUOTED A PRICE OF $1800 TO FIX IT BUT IT WOULD TAKE EVEN MORE TIME TO GET PARTS. I ELECTED TO RENT A UHAUL TRUCK AND COLLECT MY BIKE. UPON PICKING UP THE BIKE I WAS INFORMED THAT A TECH HAD RIDDEN THE BIKE, AND WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL EFFORT HAD COME UP WITH THE MOTOR PROBLEMS AND THE BIKE HAD NEVER BEEN ON THE LIFT FOR ANY TYPE OF EVALUATION. THE OWNER WAS OBVIOUSLY HAPPY THAT I WAS PICKING UP THE BIKE AND WOULD NOT BE GETTING IT REPAIRED AT HER SHOP. THE RENTAL OF THE TRUCK WAS $1300 AND IM RETURNING TO IDAHO WITH A BIKE THAT DOESNT RUN AND A LIFELONG TRIP THAT I HAD PLANNED FOR A FEW YEARS UNFULFILLED BECAUSE OF THEIR INDIFFERENCE AND LACK OF SERVICE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS DEALERSHIP STAYS IN BUSINESS.

I ordered my bike from them and had 4 different pickup dates and had to make my first payment before i even got my it then they service when i brought it back about killed me with their price. So took it to Bloomington ever since for its cheaper labor cost, they do great work, and they have a nicer store. Also they didnt hook the GPS up right and when I took it back they said it wouldnt charge on my bike like they said when I bought it . took it to Bloomington and they had it working in less than 30 minutes only gave them two stars for they do good fallow up and randomly call to see how ur liking your bike but other than that just go to Bloomington if ya can.

This place is very friendly, no there werent a lot of workers and I didnt have to deal with the mechanics, however the salesmen werent overly pushy. We went to purchase a bike and the salesman we worked with didnt try to sell us something at a higher price to make a bigger commission, but worked with us to get the best deal for what we were looking for. I dont like going to dealers who are up your butt and try to sell you something for a commission and try to get you to buy something you didnt need. I will definitely be going back for future needs.

Kindly, polite professionals...and i know Harleys! i stopped while trailering my Harley Davidson Bad- Boy on my way to Florida from Chicago and asked questions about my low quality Tie- Downs on my bike/trailer..a " Hog Penned Motorcycle "...I recommend Wabash Harley Davidson... Humbly...i wrote " My Harley"...Good Folks!

We were passing through on a 1000 mile trip and stopped to get shirts. We should have kept going! It had been raining and cold, when we walked in nobody said hi and we couldnt get help. There were three girls behind the counter in motor clothes and when I asked for help it was like an inconvenience to them.

Called to have a new recall done on a brand new 2017 street glide that can cause a fatal accident, only to have the service guy hang up the phone on me after telling me he cant get me in. Sales is the WORST out of ANY Harley dealer in the state. This place is a JOKE!
