Awful experience at this place! I made an grooming appt for my dog at 8am. I had a mechanical breakdown and I called the groomer and I informed her that I would be getting few minutes late. The receptionist said it is ok I will take u not later than 8:20am. I drove to the place and luckily got there at 8:19am I called to inform that I was right in front of the store and the rude receptionist told me that they were not going to accept my dog. You guys did a favor to me. . If that is how you treat clients I would not let you put your hands on my dog. Unprofessionals and rude. Pd. Groomer if u dont like ur job please quit and stop greeting people with that bored face. It is greatly appreciated.

Great knowledgeable staff to meet all your pets needs. If Petsmart doesnt have what your looking for then it doesnt exist. PS the post above said they were 20 minutes LATE for a grooming. Simply said they have a major following and usually booked solid for grooming so his own ignorance of time management is nothing short than a displacement of blame. Be on time the world does not evolve around YOU.

While the cat and dog sections are well stocked and offer lots of variety, its small animal aisles are sadly lacking, often only providing one or 2 items of certain products (for example, there are usually only one or 2 bags of Vitacraft Nibble Rings available, IF they are in stock). I am often disappointed by what is offered for rabbits.

It started out as our store for our one and only dog Toby. Wed get treats, toys, and food here. My sister now has a dog that goes to puppy school here. Seems weve grown up or something. Well keep coming back. Tobys still kicking and Artemis helps him along the way.

20 minutes late for a grooming appointment, they refused to accept my dog. Said it would ruin their whole days appointments. I travel all over the country and have used many Petsmart never had this problem before. I will not use this location ever!!!

They are slow and waste of time. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my dogs groomer and after two other dogs came after me was seen before me. They are very dirty and always over book. The dogs all seem squished in that small room.

Lindsay in the Grooming Salon is phenomenal! I have 2 Rough Collies who never leave feeling stressed so I know they are well taken care of! Plus they leave looking like show dogs! I highly recommend this salon!
