I used to shop here when it was Cutters Mill. Ive been in the store probably 6 times since it became concord. The one time at the register I accidentally referred to it as cuttersmill & the girl waiting on me very rudely corrected me. Every time Ive been in there the people working there arent very nice. The one time I bought a harness for my dog, it was marked x-large but looked very small I have a springer spaniel that weighs about 53lbs when I brought it back because it was too small I mentioned to the man that I thought it was marked wrong because it said x-l and didnt fit my med dog he looked at the tag & said no its an X-L, its too big for your dog I told him it was way too small he shook his head, he made me feel like I was doing something wrong. i picked up a different harness I wasnt sure how it went on so I went to the counter and asked the man. How does this go on he grabbed it out of my hand and flipped it over and said like this see the hook thats where you clip the leash, how else could it go. Very rude I returned the one I bought and got a gift card because they dont reimburse cash only store credit. I went there again to spend the gift card I bought a cake mix for my dog because her 13th birthday is coming up there was a young girl working on the floor she asked me if I needed help that was the first time anyone that worked there ever offered help or was pleasant. Im not sure where she disappeared to but I didnt see her again, its a shame because they do have a lot of different toys my dogs have every toy that petsmart, precious pets & bills pet store carry but I wont be going back there again. I feel like the people that work at the concord pet store in Barclays farms in cherry hill either hate there jobs or just dont need me as a customer. Id rather shop somewhere that Im treated nicely

This store has a great selection of specialty pet foods, supplies and supplements and in the past they seemed to be customer service oriented. I have 4 kitties with special dietary needs and I have been able to find foods that work for my cats here. With this said I had a horrible customer service experience recently after which I reached out to the manager Brian Alt by email. I never received a response or acknowledgment. I cannot support a business that does not listen to and respect its customers enough to dialogue when issues arise therefore I encourage anyone who considers shopping here to take their business to the Moorestown store where the staff and management are helpful, friendly and responsive and where they generally have more customer-oriented policies.

Favorite place for a wide variety of foods - if the pup is having difficulty digesting, or eliminating, theres an associate waiting to hear whats going on, and guide you through the restrictive feeding process to figure out what the issue is. So helpful, so knowledgeable, and so many quality options. Origen, Acana, locally produced elk, freeze dried, raw.. many, many steps above the competition.

Good, used to be great, animal cat shop. The staff is ALWAYS friendly however the products take some to restock. There are better stores out there, but all in all good.
