Ive had the pleasure of being a Stubbs customer since 1988 when I bought my first Softail Custom at a much better price than the competition offered at the time. Im in the advertising business and had my Softail in for some maintenance work about a year after my purchase. Coincidentally I was going to use it for a filming and came by to pick it up the day of the shoot. It was not ready and I raised hell. Hugh Sutton (who didnt even know me personally at the time) offered any bike in the showroom. to use for the filming. I actually felt embarrassed and chose one of their great pre-owned bikes. The shoot went well and the rest is history. The point Im trying to make is Stubbs treats their customers like family starting from Hugh all the way down to the folks that sweep the floor. They are honest, fair and a delight to work with. I wouldnt think of buying from any other dealer even though several are closer (one 2 miles away). Stubbs is almost 30 miles distance but worth it. I highly recommend Stubbs to anyone considering buying a new or pre-owned motorcycle, ATV, or parts & accessories or riding gear. They are first class and the best dealer around. Super service department, sales staff, you name it. Thanks Stubbs. Love yall. May you continue to prosper. You certainly deserve it. Youve made me part of the family since day one.

what to say for stubbs? after bought hd road king classic at usa and shipped it to croatia (for those who dont know where is croatia, small nice country located in mid europe at adriatic sea) my intention was to max personalize bike, not only paint and add parts but to up grade engine too. after looking around about one year, europe then usa, finally got recommendation to contact stubbs houston! that was really big challenge but with help of one my friend fm houston got all what needed starting with technical support, advices, suggestions and at the end all parts was bought and shipped to my home address. engine was rebuild, up graded to 103" and is running without any problem. thanks to stubbs crew, their professional approach and very nice and kind cooperation after three years project was completed. once again thanks to stubbs all the best from croatia/rijeka edvard

I have been a customer with Stubbs Harled Davidson for 5 years and they are Awsome and Honest. That is a biggie for me since I have delt with other Harley Dealerships in the area that are not so reputable. My husband and I ride our Harley across country every year and the people at Stubbs make sure we are safe. My husband said once that to be extraordinary you just have to be a little above ordinary and Stubbs always goes above and beyond extraordinary in their service to their customers, that quite honestly is why we are there. My husband recently had a clutch pack replaced on his Ultra Classic Harley where they adjusted the toe shift-lever where he couldnt get his toe under the forward lever and had to use the heel shift exclusively. This worked out all right until the heel shift lever fell off somewhere between Kerrville and Fredericksburg. He had to try to find someone that had an Allen Wrench to adjust the toe lever in order to use. The clutch is working real well and everything else seems to be just fine since this incident. Other than that, we use Stubbs Airline for all our repair work and parts for both our bikes.

Ive bought my last two Harleys from JR and his crew at Stubbs. Great sales force with a great selection of bikes. Yesterday I had to drive in (I live an hour away) to have a small issue with my bike looked at. The part would of had to been ordered and I would of had a problem getting back up there to have it installed. Colin, JR, and the whole Service dept. worked together to find a solution for me, even if it meant taking a unit off of their own showroom floor to get me rolling again. Bought a bike from an owner who had originally pruchased it from Stubbs. He prepaid for all the services for the first 10k miles. When i called Stubbs to confirm that I could come and take advantage of this prepaid service, they advised that it does not transfer to the new owner. When I asked why not since it was pre paid for the service on the bike and not the owner, they could not explain the reason. Makes no sense, since they got paid for it and now refuse it, originally it is their bike and now they refuse to honour their promise / contract. They will never have my business.

When I am in town to go to JSC, I make sure to visit two places EVERY TIME! Pappas for BBQ and Stubbs HD for my customary T-shirt and Shot-glass! The new building is even better than the old one and that was pretty nice! The staff are always cheerful and helpful. The store is immaculate and well stocked and no matter how many times Ive been there, there is always new stuff. When Im ready for my next Harley, Im thinking about buying it there and driving it all across the country, then home for her first trip. Thanks guys! Keep it up! Mike Clare

I work hard for my money, so please take this review seriously. When I bought my last Harley, Stubbs was beyond amazing, they made me happy to spend my hard earned money there!!! I was given a Veteran discount, and every time I go there, I am treated like a king. They treat my bike like it is there own. I live an hour away and its worth the ride there!!! Simply put, if you buy a bike there, or have yours serviced there, you will not be disappointed. This is the best Harley dealership I have encountered yet!!! I would highly recommend Stubbs.

I walked into Stubbs 5 years ago and explained my situation: I had always wanted to ride a H-D, but spent 20 years traveling all around the world and had no clue how to go about buying, riding, and maintaining. From the very start, the folks at Stubbs were super cool and helpful. I have now ridden a Road King many, many miles all over southern states. Moreover, the one time I had a problem (battery charger), they fixed things immediately with no issue. The world would be a better place if all stores had customer service like Stubbs.
