I brought my harley in for routine maintenance before a 3500 mile road trip within a week. When they checked the plugs they discovered the harley plug was mis-threaded with only a couple of threads holding it in. Possible disaster on the road. The threads were destroyed as the previous mechanic didnt want to reveal what he had done. Likely the harley dealer. Within a day, they were able to order a new rethread insert with a stronger alloy that they then integrated into the aluminum cylinder head. The threads were then like new. My harley ran like never before and was so pleased with performance after. I will only trust these guys and plan to bring in for some new upgrades later. These guys know bikes both imports and domestic.

This is Pete Petrosky,last week i took my bike to Bruce to repair my cb radio and replace the lifters,my bike was ready two days before promised,Bruce explained what he had repaired in detail ,my invoice was printed and i was asked to look it over to make sure i was happy which i was.Two days after i got home Bruce called me to make sure all was good and happy with hes work, thats what i call customer service. I bet 98 percent of you have not had your Harley shop call you at home and check on your bike. Thanks Bruce for your great work.

These guys did a GREAT job on my bike. Came and picked it up for me. Repaired very quickly. Called and checked on how it was running after.
