I feel very lucky to have come in contact with Michael Murphy and Johnny Weeks at Team Mancuso Powersports North. Just six months ago I brought a brand new CBR1000rr from another Mancuso store, but when that bike got stolen, I began thinking about a ZX10r, which TMPN sells. While the insurance claim was pending, I went and visited Michael. I was upfront with him that I could not buy for several weeks due to the pending insurance claim and for some other reasons. Michael still spent the time and effort with me as if I were buying that day. He talked to me about the bike and some other details. I was pretty bummed I couldn’t get the bike that day. Fast forward a month and I was ready to go. I contacted Michael to see if he could match the best prices I saw advertised in Texas on Cycletrader. I am very busy, so I try to do as much over the phone even though I know that dealers don’t typically like that. Michael respected my time and committed to matching the prices I have seen advertised. I was delayed with insurance quotes, and Michael was respectful and patient. The next day I went in with my five- and six-year-old hooligan sons, and once again, Michael and Johnny were totally cool and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible to get the deal done. And they actually helped me entertain the two rugrats. Something else that Michael and Johnny offered was a Track My Toyz gps tracking device and app. For $800 installed, it was totally a no-brainer for me since I had recently been a victim of theft. That thing works like a charm and gives you real time updates if your bike leaves certain areas or enters certain areas that you define via the “geo fence” tool. Great add on. All in all, I got a great (I would say best) liter bike for just a tad more than I would have paid on another CBR, which is outdated and is being replaced in 2017. I also picked up an extended warranty for a decent price. Everything was topnotch, timely, and above board…and kid friendly. TMPN is not in the public service business—I understand they make money and have to make money. But I got a killer deal and was treated like a valued, longtime customer. No doubt I’ll go back there if I ever need another bike, side-by-side, atv etc. . . . and for service on this beaut!

These guys were great. The whole process started with Tim who is a sales man with Mancuso North as I reached out to him through their website inquiring as to information on the Can Am Spyders. He was very responsive to all of my emails. When I finally went in, there was no hard sell but rather dialogue with him as to the three wheeler and he really knew his stuff on the bike. After two visits, I was ready to purchase a Spyder F3-S. Here is where the 5 star really gets solid as during this process, they (Tim and Johnny) stayed until past 9p that night to make sure that the bike was there so I could pick it up versus waiting until Tuesday to go back through the hassle of having to coordinate getting my trade in up there and picking up the new one. They were very friendly and did some things above beyond the call of duty. Their inventory is really expansive (not expensive although the toys do cost!!) and it is a cool place to go look at power vehicles--motorbikes, 4-wheelers, Spyders, jet skis, the Slingshot (which I looked at and was considering buying) etc.. I usually dont write reviews but I decided to in this case because of the experience and treatment that I received.

Recently went in to MPS North to buy my wife a motorcycle for her BDAY. I was on a very limited schedule due to work and I had unusual circumstances due to my career. Tim was absolutely great! He was very helpful and patient as I tried to get my bank to release funds just before they closed. After talking to 11 Bank representatives and burning about an hour I was able to make a purchase (anti-fraud is great but Damn, let me spend my money) Tim and Steven both stayed over until the sale was final. The bikes were new 2015 closeouts and had to be shipped from their warehouse (ended up buying myself one too) however they had them there the next day and ready to go. As far as an earlier post that implied that they had a bad experience due to their race, my wife is black and we had nothing but good things to say as the experience was very pleasant. Thanks a ton, when we go to upgrade we will be back.

I have experienced with many motorcycle dealerships in Houston area. However, I would say Team Mancuso Powersports Southwest is one of the best dealership that Ive been. I made a purchase of ST1300, sliver metallic, 2007. Also, I bought additional the warranty (2 years) since the bike was 10 years old from now. The service department takes care well on my bike. Every time I have issues with the bike, I contacted them and I manage to deliver my bike to the dealership as soon as possible. Once the bike arrives at the shop, they proceed to diagnose the problems. They constantly contact to me and explain the procedures. Thank you Mr. Tim McKnight for helping me all the time. I appreciate that. Also, my review is honest and based on what I have experienced, not biased. Highly recommend to this place. Good service.

“Really had a great experiences with Tim Mabry, he answered all the questions without hesitation, discussed different options and accessories with the SSV of interest. Tim Kept me up to date after the purchase was made with the assembly of the SSV by the Service department. Promised me that it would be ready on the date we discussed and he came through 24 hours early! Great Guy and Full of Knowledge. Steven Hill handled everything on the purchase side with ease, discussed all options, went over the details with ease and kept my Kids entertained in the Process. Purchased a 16 maverick turbo from these guys and I have to say it was the most POSITIVE buying experience I have had. They beat the competitions price after I searched several dealers in the area. Everyone at that location is so easy to work with and very helpful. These guys truly care about their customers. They were able to deliver my Maverick to my house since I couldnt get to my trailer. I plan on doing business with them again soon and would recommend anyone in the market for motorcycles or atv/utv/watercraft go see the guys at Mancuso Powersports North for your purchases. I bought my 2012 Suzuki V-Strom from TMP North, and it was probably the most pleasant new vehicle sales experience I could have asked for. I had been in quite a few times prior to the 2012s release and looked at the Triumph Tiger 800 and a 2010 Tiger 1050 Special Edition as well. Each time, Michael Murphy took the time to answer questions I had about each bike and even offered to prep them for a test ride. I ultimately decided on the V-Strom, and Steven gave me a great trade-in on my 2006 Kawasaki Ninja 650R. In fact, it was more than I was expecting, which made everything move along quite smoothly. Within an hour, I was out the door on my new bike. It was a great experience.
