When i walk into rightway, the people is nice and customer service was pretty good. However, the vehicle we got was a joke. We got a 2003 Chevy venture, we traded our other car for a 1000 down with an 100 dollars. We was trying to get a vehicle because we was starting a family with a new born baby and we needed better wheels. When we got the vehicle, within the 2nd day A/C fan would come on and when the A/c was on level 5, it would just cut off. So, rightway told us to take it to a shop and all expenses are on them. But, they couldnt fix it because the problem is the they would had to fix the whole fan unit and that would come out of our pocket. I called right way, because i was still in warranty status and still the fan unit didnt get fixed. around this year September, My car started to overheat, i found out that i needed a waterpump, replace that, and i had to get the intake gasket fix, replaced that, and now the radiator hose had a leak, fix that, so i got the vehicle checked out, and the head gasket blown. I didnt even had the van for a year and this happens. I spent almost 2000 dollars on the van. Rightway explained that since it hasnt been a year 16-18 months i have to put down 2000 or more dollars to get into new vehicle. I know my old vehicle has an A/C unit out and i need a tune-up, oil change, and a wheel alignment, but i regret coming here. Right now, i have to find a vehicle and put my daughters christmas towards that. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND I AM STILL SURPRISE THEY ARE STILL OPEN.

This company got me a car that was basically 11 years old. It wasnt that good looking on the outside. I havent been in the car for even a whole year and the car now needs a new engine. The balance I started paying on here is $10,000 for a car that I got I couldve bought it for $500 in FAIR condition on Kelly Blue Book. Just terrible! I put down $500 and $10,000 was my remaining balance. Every 2 weeks I would have to pay $170 which is an estimated $340/mo. for a car that now needs a new engine and I havent had it for even a year. The free 2yr oil changes HORRIBLE! The place that was suppose to do my oil change said they went taking the Rightway coupons because right way owed them thousands of dollars and where 6 month behind in paying them. Just terrible! I wouldnt recommend this company for anyone at all! Total rip off!!! Beware of RIGHTWAY AUTOMOTIVE!

Yea they will help you get the car but after a couple of days it will start messing up. I had my car since sep 1 2016 and its been down hill with it since. My car overheated the second day i had it. And it still does. My ball joints were broken and i didnt find out until i went to put some new tires on it. My window went down and has not came back up and now my alternator has gone out. Thanks to Adam from right way on telegragh for signing me up on all these car payments and giving me a car I can barley use. You guys are awsome

This place is awesome, Ive been to several dealers and by far this has been the best. Mike was my sales associate, he was very polite, very straightforward, fast, laid back, very knowledgeable and confident about being able to get me into a car that day. He does everything he can to help his customers. there was a problem, they said they would take care of the problem, i wasnt leaving this place the bad review, the wording was misinterpreted i said "heres the review i left for harolds" if you buy the car from here it would be best to not go to harolds to get the gps tracker installed. that place will screw your car up. so buy a car from here but dont go to harolds unless you wanna risk them screwing your car up to hell and back.

Adam W. iterally made my day today. I was so nervous about being able to get a new car because Im still waiting for the insurance company to handle my totaled car. Adams positivity and optimism allowed me to keep the same attitude and in seriously like 30 minutes I was sitting in my brand new car with a lower payment and much better quality than I imagined!! Adam really saved my day and this entire experience. Im so glad I came!!

I had the best sales guy named jeremy mann....he was awesome. Very friendly and patient with my kids, and did everything possible to put me in a great,safe,spacious vehicle for my family. He had us in a vehicle with in 2 hrs. I have never met such a great sales person. Definitely ask for him when you go up there. Hell do his best for you also.

Just left this lot with a 2012 chevy cruze, beautiful car, everything looks perfect. Felt like it was an impossible task but all thanks to Adam Wegard I wont be walking this Christmas. I couldnt be more happier, I recommend this lot for anyone who looking for a used car. Staff was knowledgeable and very respectful people. Thanks a lot Adam!

I had the absolute Best salesman. Everyone needs an Adam in their life!!! It took a total of 24 hours to get my stuff right because my past wasnt perfect. But Adam Was Awesome and very patient.
