Steve does beautiful things with jewelry! His original creations are stunning (right now his spike pendant with diamonds is talking to me!) and beg to be worn. And yet my experience with Steve, and his work bringing new life to older pieces, truly demonstrates his craftmanship and professionalism! He remodeled the ends of a Yurman-esque cable bracelet to hold faceted stones. One side is set with a blue topaz and the other side is a green garnet. The color of each stone carries the same intensity such that the color difference is subtle, and a delight. I had an older setting I loved set with a cabochon turquoise, but because I am extremely hard on jewelry the cabochon was lost. Steve replaced it with a gorgeous rainforest green topaz. This ring now looks its absolute best! The unique color of this topaz must be seen to be appreciated -- and Steve ordered in a couple of different stones so that I could choose the one I liked best. Truly, do yourself a favor and go visit Steve at Caleesi Designs. Give new life to old pieces you no longer wear, update heirloom pieces, purchase one of Steves existing creations, or have him design something especially for you -- you will be thrilled with the personal touch and the quality of the final piece. Caleesi Design is a fabulous addition to our South Lamar area! Steve is talented, professional, patient .... and hell do everything for you from designing a new custom piece, to replacing a watch battery, to cleaning or resizing your rings. And Caleesi carries a very nice selection of lovely jewelry pieces from several unique lines. Now that Im older, my knuckles present a problem getting my rings on and off. Steve placed beads on the inner side of the band on my favorite deep blue topaz ring, and now I can wear it with ease and comfort. Steve also resized two other rings that I hadnt been able to wear in several years. Were so fortunate to have Caleesi Design Jewelers right within walking distance of our home! Caleesi Design is a good as it gets! Steve is so talented and great to work with. I took in a vintage platinum band to redesign along with a new setting. I also had my grandmothers wedding band and wanted to use her stones in the redesign. Steve was very patient with what I thought I wanted. When I picked up the new band in two weeks, I was blown away! The original vintage band had such a different setting that it did not show off the actual size of the diamond until Steve reset the stone. I actually thought he had put in a larger diamond but he assured me it was my original diamond. I highly recommend Caleesi Designs and Steves talent. If you are ready for a new band or want one redesigned but unsure of what you want, let Steve start you on this journey....you will not be disappointed!

My wedding rings have been in a drawer for a few years. I couldnt get them over my knuckles and when my hands would swell I hard a hard time taking them off. I thought if I sized up they would spin and bother me or possibly fall off as my hands change size throughout the day. Ive been so sad. Steve not only fixed them, he came up with a less destructive and less expensive solution to my issue. Im thrilled. I appreciate that he took such loving care of my rings. I was surprised at the quick turnaround. My rings are 23 years old and look brand new. I will recommend Caleesi to anyone I know who needs jewelry repaired or who is shopping for something new. Update: when we picked up my rings Steve said they could polish and clean my husbands ring. It looks new!

Steve designed an open weave platnium and rose gold wedding band for me. I didnt want to walk into a jewelry store and pick out a ring from a display. I wanted something unique and special, and Steve at Caleesi Designs gave that to me. Steve met with us and brought our ideas to life ... a ring made just for me. The process was painless, and I had the ring on time even though our engagement was shorter than usual. The customer service didnt stop there. Steve encourages you to come back every 6 months to have the diamonds checked and the ring cleaned. I would definitely recommend Caleesi Designs and Steve for all your jewelry needs.

Caleesi is great. Stephan is very professional, provides lots of options, and is very friendly and doesnt pressure you to buy things you dont want. It is the only jewelry store/jeweler Ive been to where I dont dread going in because of how the staff normally descend upon you the minute you walk in. Caleesi provides a great price point, fast and professional service, and a relaxed environment. Highly recommend, and my fiance said it was the only jewelry place he had been to that he actually enjoyed. Five stars!

If you are looking for quality craftsmanship and/or unique designs this is the jeweler for you. Ive had them repair old estate pieces and replace screw back earrings mad into standard posts. They have even designed a ring to match my girlfriends ring and it came out better than I imagined. Great customer service and super fast turn around time for custom work. Next Ill be asking for them to design me a piece using Dragon Glass...winter is coming!

Steve is fantastic. I brought in my Grammas pearls to modify from clip-ons to studs; had him fix a safety chain on one of her bracelets and had Grampas watch repaired. He took excellent care of all of it and its so nice to be able to wear such sentimental pieces! He also took some older earrings Id had for years and redesigned them into something Ill actually wear. One stop shop for repairs, redesigns and gorgeous original pieces!!

Was amazed by the great customer service, confident answers and speedy turnaround -- they resized a ring for me in less than 24 hours (I wasnt even in a hurry). I could not find any evidence of the seam the size reduction may have caused, and there was a pattern in the ring too. Incredible service throughout. Very modern too (able to text, email or call, etc). Will definitely return and highly recommend.

I brought my engagement ring in for resizing which was 2-1/2 sizes too large. Steve did such a wonderful job, it now fits perfect! I also brought a broken necklace and watch in they fixed these items in a timely fashion and actually make my necklace better by adding a clasp and shortening it per my request. I cannot recommend this business more! Great service and great quality!

I had them service 5 watches of mine and they did brilliantly on them. Having tested them I brought in an 87 year old Hamilton family heirloom watch with a badly cracked lens and extensive tarnish. They spent a month or more researching and finally found the right place to replace the lens. They skillfully refurbished it and made it almost like new. I recommend them most highly!
