These guys are scammers, first of all they claim to replace batteries on any brand of watch. That was a lie, next they damage the watch more than what it was. Third they claim they will repair your watch at no cost since they have to send it to their so called expert jeweler who can fix anything. Fourth once you finally get the phone call from Rivercenter Jewelers after I called them so many times no answer, how strange however they claim the watch was so hard to fix there will be a charge of 79.95 for the repair. What I think has happened its one of their strategies to keep the watch to add their collection of used watches that are overpriced and also happen to be junk. Finally just watch out with a Guy named Vega who works for Rivercenter Jewelers the horrible experience starts with him.

Scam artists and liars. Cheats making their business through fraud. I purchased a watch after being told it was normally $600 but on sale for 50% off. After I signed the credit card receipt it was only then that I was told about their "NO RETURNS" policy. The watch I purchased never, anywhere, including the manufacturers website lists the watch for $600. Infact the manufacturers website had the item listed for $169.00. When I brought this to the stores attention they blew me off. Their owner who is the only one capable of making a decision I guess, said on two occasions he would meet me. He stood me up both times. Avoid this place.

Took my Invicta to them to have the battery changed. The heavy set girl behind the counter said that she specialized in Invictas. Then she tried to use a paper clip to get the battery out. And the little thug that was with her kept trying to get my attention by asking me random questions. I told them both to stop, before you damage it.she said she had to charge me for the labor. Told that she wasnt and if she didnt give it back in would file a police report for theft. She then started talking about me I. A different language, very ghetto, and be aware of the tandem scam

I was there for my brothers graduation from the air force 2-3 weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon I went to zales and Macys ..they all ignored me and judge me by how I was dressed , I was about to leave the mall when this built guy w a suit stopped me w/ my brother took his time to show me his watches from invicta,fossil , bulova. He showed me a nice bulova watch and gave us a great deal. Id definelty buy another watch from themm,specially that guy . He was built , dressed very professional w a suit and had an accent .

There is an option of buying real sterling silver gold or diamonds but they also carry stainless steel and cz. They have always informed me of the type of material in my purchases.. as well as in i dont have enough money i can take a look into something cheaper because i honestly cant always afford the real deal but i am aware and if at any problem the warranty is avaliable at times

Will never do business here again. I bought my ring in May and I have had to have it replaced twice. The quality is terrible and the lady did not state to me that I would have to pay the 2nd time I brought it back for a repair. I was upset at the way the man spoke to me as well. Very unprofessional. You are better off going to Sam Moon!

They sell fake stuff and dont tell you about the no return only exchange until after you find out it wasnt what you thaught you were purchasing. And theyre workers are rude when you confront them about whats wrong with their jewlery.
