Totally disappointed. I called ahead and made an appointment to meet with owner. I brought in over 15,000 in gold and diamonds to be evaluated. The owner named Bobbie or Bobby kept getting distracted. A lady came inside the building. She said she did not make her appointment for the day prior. The owner stopped helping us and told my wife and I to come back. He stopped helping us and asked us to leave. He said he had to help the lady that showed up. If this is not the definition of rude and unprofessional, I dont know what is. I would not recommend anyone to sell their gold or jewelry to this guy.

I am in process of getting my business started and have struggled so i walk in and the guy measured in penny weight and grams i saw. 2g of silver 1.8g of gold that he didnt separate 10 and 14k and said 20 bucks! Me in a bind took it but after i got home i looked up prices of gold. And silver .... Even pawn shop pays more....i also didnt like the fact that he was throwing the jewelry back at window opening and my id was thrown back . i dont feel satisfied at all I was in a bind and can imagine how many prople get ripped off there

Not impressed. Prices offered for your valuables are way too low. I brought in a 14kt chain. The guy did not even bother to weigh it up. He offered me $5.00. Are you kidding me? I took my gold elsewhere and received $235.00.
