I go to Starbucks every day and have a super detailed drink a venti caramel frap with 7 pumps of caramel, extra whip and caramel drizzle its all done to perfection and tastes awwwmazing. No one ever complains and they are the sweet and kindest staff I have seen at a Starbucks. I love love this staff and so blessed that they are at MY Starbucks!! If you want an excellent experience by a wonderful team then visit our Lebanon store, you will see smiles and happiness by all these exceptional individuals. Thank you all for always being the start to my day.

One of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to! The cashier literally took forever with the customer before me and even when she was preparing the food for the previous customer all the other employees were chatting and laughing and they all look at me while I was waiting for good 10-15 minutes and no bothered to help me! The cashier had to finish and the help me! Totally not satisfied. And above all the restrooms were DIRTY.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered 2 Venti White Chocolate Mochas, I can understand the long line in the drive through but for one of the drinks to come out cold isnt that great but when I go inside to get a fresh one thats hot I dont get an apology and they dont really acknowledge me. One lady did ask someone else to make one which turned into foam and expresso only it was NOT a White Chocolate Mocha! Will not return again!

Im not a regular here but I did visit at 9:46 PM for my husband and I to get a boost for our drive to Chicago. First off they are open late, so I was glad it was open and the baristas were nice. The drinks were good, so I have no complaints at all. Ill remember to stop in Lebanon to get my serving of coffee from now on. - Gold Member

The coffee and treats are exactly like you would expect from any Starbucks, but this location has a history of slow service. The drive through line regularly backs up through the parking lot and onto the street. Service inside isnt any better. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they need to find a way to speed up service.

Great staff they always make my mobile order correctly and it is always ready when I pull into the drive thru store is always clean as well I drive 15 miles north everyday to get coffee at this location passing 5 other stores one being 2 block from my house because they do a much better job in Lebanon

Ordered the 2 new drinks with mango and berries, Im told they dont have the mango, which was fine until Im told that they dont have the stuff for the berry drink. Ended up having 2 white frozen drinks with syrup flavoring of either mango or berry, not sure which one I was told.

The drinks and service are good, but Ive experienced more order mistakes here than any of the other Starbucks locations Ive visited. This place is tiny and is extremely busy in the morning, as it is near the interstate. Not sure if that contributes to the problem.

Wow icy cold employees. Large short haired brunette clearly hates her job and customers. Yelled at older gentleman when he mistook his drink for anothers. She clearly is the captain of that ship shes got the employees and customers shaking in their boots!

Not the best Starbucks. Service is typically slow and I have gotten the wrong drink multiple times. Watch out for the barista with bad hair and a speech impediment, he has no idea what hes doing.

The furniture is old and wobbly. It could use an update. Sometimes it doesnt look or feel as clean and nice as some of the other locations. The workers are friendly, though!
