I sent in an Rx refill on the 19th to this pharmacy. After Rx was refilled, pharmacy never notified me that it was ready to be picked up. I would like to know what the laws are regarding pharmacies notifying patients that their Rx is ready to be picked up. Especially Cardiac medications. I have a job and was out of town all week and relied on this ONE phone call from the pharmacy for notification. Courtesy, ppl, courtesy! Previously, this pharmacy has notified me of all the Rxs but when I called the pharmacy today, some rude Joane named person who probably doesnt understand what it is like being a person with so many worries, told me that it is the patient responsibility to call continuously to check up on these meds which was obviously very upsetting for me to hear so I started telling her in no uncertain terms what I thought of her attitude, she ACTUALLY BEGAN TO yell back on the phone, put me on hold and never came back to clarify. wow. She said I dont personally call any patient to notify them. Who would want her to call personally but they sure do have automated systems. And instead of arguing back, could she have just apologized? Whatever happened to customer service? What is the pharmacys role to ensure that patients get their medications, especially cardiac meds..... As a consumer, I would like to know. But as is with everything in this world, the poor consumer gets the short end of the stick while the pharmacy laughs all the way to the bank.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! If i could give a 0 star rating i could!! I have been to several pharmacys in my life but never had anywhere near as bad experience anywhere else. Some of the people working here have no idea what they are doing. I recieved the most rudest consumer service i have ever experienced in my life while attemping to pick up my perscription that i was told would only take a few hours to fill instead took 4 weeks to fill i ended up having to call up my docter to get my medician transfered to another pharmacy...they almost NEVER answer their phones either and you are lucky to have your medician on time with this pharmacy.

The store receives a 5 for excellent customer service, however, the pharmacy 0.0 for their inability to provide efficient service. The pharmacy staff are rude and clueless. I called three days trying to get my prescription. They continued to tell me they had no Rx, I decided to go there to speak with the pharmacist. That was a waste, he just stood there looking clueless and did not respond to my questions. It was the worst customer service ever.

This pharmacy has been hit and miss. The male pharmacist is incredibly friendly and helpful. The female one is knowledgeable, but not terribly personable. They have been incredibly slow to get in the medications I have ordered at times and more than once, I have received them unmixed.

Larger Bel Air. Good selections and options of pretty much everything. Location is good but not great for some Natomas area residents. Prices and staff are also good. Large beer, wine and liquor selection. Large deli area and with many selections.

I go here often (3 times a week) for lunch. Staff is very nice overall and theyll make a sandwich custom however you want. They never complain. Theyll even do smoked Gouda cheese on your sandwich if you ask! Pretty awesome customer service!

Very friendly staff! Bel Aire is much pricier than other grocery stores, but they do have a great meat/fish department and the lines are not bad.
