I bought two sofa set here. The worker helped me to load them onto a flatbed but I have to move them to the front cashier. They wont do it for me even though Im old. They are not service oriented. When I came back to collect. The manager, Carlos who stood next to the belt saw me but would not address me. Another guy pointed me to another lady manager towards the terminal and I walked to her. But she pointed me to Carlos. I then walked back to Carlos and he was on his way out. He told me he will get a person to help. I waited for 10 mins and no one showed up. I walked to the front, the lady told me Carlos left for the day. What an idiot and he is a manager? I have no choice but complained to the head manager, Jennifer but I doubt she could do anything about it. None of them is trained to serve the customers. If I have a choice, I will buy the sofa set another store, not this junky service place.

I come here quite often when I want to save money by buying bulk. I usually arrive here early for a parking spot closer to the door. This is the place to go for bulk items but it does have its drawbacks. Everyday items such as towels and cleaning material is great but when shopping for produce in bulk you either have to find a way to preserve the left overs or eat it soon after. **I like buying meats here and freezing what I dont use. I find that with meats its cheaper than Safeway where I regularly shop. **Food for my dogs are sometimes cheaper at PETCO but I still try and do comparative shopping. **The only drawback in coming to COSTCO is that Im never able to leave here without spending more than I allotted in the first place. **Im also not a big fan of their gas because although it can be competitive there are still gas stations that beat their pump prices. :-)$$$

Cell phone buyers beware. The cell phone kiosk is not owned or staffed by costco. The manager left for a 3 day weekend but staff cant access the support portals for both AT&T & Sprint. I bought three Sprint phones and was instructed to bring them into the store so they can be connected once I receive them in the mail. Went to the store and the kiosk said both AT&T and Sprint had no connectivity to their portal and suggested I go to the mall to have it done! If the mall gives better service then I suppose we should buy our phones from them as well. Or maybe Costco should look at another vendor for Supply supplying cell phones to its customers. Mad & I would like this situation to be resolved quickly.

I love Costco in general, so I want to give it five stars. However, there are clear patterns to their rush hours, and they dont seem to have made any efforts to adjust for that. Its not the level of cashiers that Walmart is lacking. But the lines get hella backed up and really tense on the weekends. I also wish Costco would regulate the prices a little, at least on their brands. California food prices are insane in comparison to other states Ive lived in. I miss Trader Joes. P.S. Walmart has wifi... why doesnt costco? being able to price check before buying a five pound bag of something would be nice.

This place is cool in the sense they kind of cater to the local community as lots of buildings and houses are coming up they have related stuffs like furniture, home security, utensils and stuff like that, otherwise nothing special or extraordinary than a regular Costco. Update : Bringing the star down to one as management seems to have changed with rude employees and rotten fruits for sale

I love Costco and love the fact that this location does not get as packed as what I was used to in the Bay area. Tracy natives will say it is packed on occasion, but if you come from the Bay area, then you will notice that this is not as packed as what a Bay Area location would be. Other than that, they usually always sell the same items and have great customer service.

The day I had gone to Costco I smelled bacon, it was one the taste samples that day, I thought it was pork bacon it wasnt it was turkey bacon. I tasted it and it was great. I wanted to find a turkey bacon that was good. I was at Costco at the right time. I didnt have to buy turkey bacon several brands until I found the one I liked.

This costco is nice, its just like any other costco so its what youd expect. The staff are friendly and polite. A couple times that Ive gone Ive gotten free samples of diapers and wipes and cleaning supplies which was nice! Not to mention the gas station there is a plus as well! Get everything done in one stop!

I like coming here to the food court. At times the lines are really long. Just depends on the times that you go. Like any other Costco you have to show your Costco card in order to go in. They have food samples. But the only thing that I dislike about this Costco is that they dont have an optometrist place.

I really like Costco but I cannot stand their packaging on electronics and tools. the packages are too hard to open!! Heavy clear plastic locked in heavy cardboard that is almost impossible to get into. Almost cut myself with a knife trying to open a package for the Portable cell phone and tablet charger.

Absolutely Love Costco. We run a youth football organization and go to Costco for all our needs for our concessions needs. We associate them letting us go and get our 65 bag of ice andb loading it for us. They also loaded our palley of water and Gatorade. Thanks Costco see you next week!

Love their service. We came here from Hayward looking for one item . They had In stock but not on the floor. They were kind enough to bring the item down for us. Were as to the costco over in Livermore they told us to come back another day .. Awesome service here at the Tracy location ..

This Costco is well stocked and kept clean. The returns line is not crazy like Ive experienced at other Costco. They used to have an express self checkout but it is no longer available. Also, if you like the Costco hot foods such as pizza, hot dogs, etc. the lines are not bad.

The auto section in this store is terrible. Bought tires from them and took my car there twice with the complaint that the steering rattles at seventy to eighty miles speed, they still didnt fix it and I had to take it to livermore till they fixed the problem.

This Costco is awesome. Its clean and Ive never found anything out of stock. Its very organized and the staff are very helpful. Im originally from the Bay Area so Im used to waiting in long lines. This Costco rarely has long lines. Love it!

They have everything from food to groceries. They have free samples all around the store! I wish they would serve more than 1 drink for the samples. Has all the groceries you need.the gas beats all prices! They have a great food court!!!
