H-E-B has great prices and the in store coupons help save even more. Employees are friendly and helpful for the most part. I dont like the location, the parking lot at Truly Plaza is deplorable and this store is too small. Cleveland needs a big H-E-B.

I will never shop at any other grocery store besides HEB. Not only do they have good products at great prices, but I lost my wallet and didnt even know about it till the next day and they had it put up in saved for me! Way to go HEB Cleveland Texas!

The cashier was very rude. Did not explain I could not use a store cpn and manufactor on 2 separate jtems. After I get my receipt corrected again; on 7-3 by Rolondo. I GUARANTEE I WILL NOT SHOP AT ANY HEB AGAIN.

I like the customer service and how you can always tell that the employees care about their jobs and want to help. It is a smaller store, so they dont have everything, but what they do have is worth coming for.

Wish is was bigger. Overall good selection, great prices, friendly staff. Ive never had an item I needed be out of stock, employees are regularly stocking and will go in the back to find what you need.

My new favorite grocery chain. Open during the worst weather Texas has ever had. Where was Wal-Mart, closed. The employees of HEB rocked it.
