We ordered a new LG washer and dryer two weeks ago. When the washer and dryer were hooked up we noticed later the dryer was defective and had this loud rattling sound inside. When I called the delivery service we were told that soonest a repairman could come out was in one week. Well their repairman was essentially a delivery person who agreed that the dryer was defective, and a new one would be sent out. I had to call the store to talk to the manager who never called back. Once I called a second time got a manager who set us up with a new dryer a week after. Well they brought us a new dryer but never hooked up the dryer duct. After doing a load of laundry we noticed the laundry room was steaming. The delivery guy had never attached the dryer duct to the wall or to the dryer so essentially the dryer was venting in the laundry room and not outside. When I talked to the manager of the store and asked about a refund of some sorts for the inconvenience, the manager agreed we should have some disount but then never did anything. I had to talk to the delivery center again to set up another delivery person to come out now for the 4th time. Im still in the midst of trying to get this corrected, but all I can say is that even the manager could have cared less.

I will NEVER shop at an HH Gregg again. They SUCK! We bought a floor model 50" LG tv and paid an extra $160 for the warranty and was told by not one, but TWO salesmen, that the extra warranty *definitely* covered accidental damage. Well, we had something happen within the first two weeks of buying the tv and the screen has damage and neither the LG warranty or the expensive HH Gregg warranty will cover it. The store manager of the store on Sawmill Road in Dublin, Ohio basically told us he will not honor what his salesmen told us and sorry about our luck. He will refund us the $160 for the extra warranty but will not make good on replacing or repairing the broken television. I am going to make damn sure that I spread the word every where I can to tell people not to shop at HH Gregg because of their lies and horrible customer service. It will cost us $400 to repair a television that only cost $585 in the first place. Buyer Beware! Avoid HH Gregg at all costs!!!

Had the worst experience with the installation guy. I purchased a new dishwasher from them and the guy ended up chipping my kitchen counter. He proceeded to take out his phone to snap a picture as "proof" that my counter was damaged before he got here. I told him I am in the kitchen cooking every day and would notice. He didnt say a word. I am disgusted at how untrustworthy and disrespectful this employee was. Makes me never want to purchase anything from hhgregg again. Future customers: make sure to take a picture of the area in which youre getting something installed so you have proof.

This place is horrible. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not value their customers, and do not care about their satisfaction. I tried to return something that was broke. First the manager tried to trade it for something else of lesser value, then he tried to exchange for a prior return. When I asked if I could get a warranty on it, since it was USED! The lady said, "You aint get none less you pay". Thats when I said screw it and got my money instead. Avoid this place, stick with sears or best buy.

For years we have purchased major appliances and even mattresses from H. H. Gregg and the company it was before it became H. H. Gregg, Sun TV. We have always had positive experiences and helpful associates. Today I had to telephone to get information on an appliance I purchased in 2010. Imam, in the office, was very helpful in getting the information I needed, promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company. Weve always had the best experience with them.

Bought appliances in December to be delivered January 24th. They did not deliver on the 24th and then gave me four more dates that they would be delivered. They failed to deliver on each of the four dates as well. Today is February 7th and I still do not have the range. I hate to write a bad review, but this experience has been horrible and I dont wish it on anyone. I cant recommend this company.

I do not know where all of the above shoppers were shopping but my experience was great! maybe it is just the fact that there is always negative experiences for each business. I worked with a salesman named Garrett, he was VERY knowledgeable about the product and helped me find the answers he could not provide. SPREAD THE WORD! you should try dealing with best buy.

Nice gentleman named Yaseen helped me find the right TV and was probably the most honest salesperson Ive ever spoken too. Compared to hhgreggs Easton location whom a salespeople who just ignored me when I came in, I would highly recommend going to the Dublin location and asking for that gentleman.

I think this company has really turned itself around. The customer service was amazing and the sales associates are really good as well. There was this wonderful girl named Iman that helped me buy a LG washer and dryer. She listened to my needs and I was in and out.

I had a great experience at this store thanks to Robert, the sales rep. He was very friendly and had great knowledge of all of the equipment that I was interested in. He also made me a great deal on a major purchase. I will definitely go back to buy my next tv.

The worst customer service.very racist too; I was in the shop for more than 30 mins and there were at least 5 customer service reps that were chatting amongst themselves. I will not buy anything from here ever.

very bad service. My girl friend bought a Samsung dishwasher for over $1000 and it did not work right. She called to get help and someone from Sansung came out and told a bunch of lies and did not fix it.
