The work he did was good, however I took in a rare KLH model 20 plus vintage stereo system for repair. I chose not to do the $1800 repair bill that I was quoted and only had the crossovers repaired. When I got the set back the original power cord was missing (these are extremely hard to come by). I contacted him to see if he had it, never got a call back or return email. Very upset the cord was not returned with the set as it decreases the value significantly.

This is a great repair shop! Reasonable bench fee and the work was outstanding. I had a damaged tone arm wire that needed fixed while installing a new cartridge, and Michael got everything fixed for less than $100 - that includes the bench fee and the partial hourly rate. He also set up the new cartridge/tone arm and everything now sounds incredible!
