I have to sing my praises to Chris who took my concerns about my ever persistent leaking tire after explaining to him that I had all of them checked twice during my 2k mile road trip from Chicago in which no one else inspected any of my tires closely. It probably took Chris less than a minute to spot the sidewall damage causing me to lose air and pressure constantly. He immediately set me up for a replacement under warranty, and showed such genuine concern for my safety when I asked to run home to drop off my groceries (it was an impromptu stop after a Costco trip) only a couple miles away and there were a few cars ahead of me with an 1.5 hour wait. The people here work hard and are so friendly. The service is top notch.

I recently took my car in to get the two front tires checked for balance. The service an attitude at this location could not have been better. While I was there I inquired about tire and rim prices. The staff was very knowledgeable and I felt they had my best interest in mind, not their bottom line. Its nice to see that customer service is not dead. Thank you guys for your great service I will definitely be coming back before winter to buy my next set of tires.

Nice guys. Very informative. Clean show room. UPDATED: 31 Dec 15: Just finished up another visit to the boys at DT in Bremerton. Could not be more happier that I am now. They were very helpful and cheerful, even though they were slammed with customers. They got me in and out in a timely manner and got me back on the road with my new ice tires. Thanks guys. Will keep on coming back for mall my tire needs. Need to have at least six stars!!!

Great staff and selection. I have purchased at least 12 complete sets of tires over the years and treadlife warranty proration has never been a problem the times it has come up. I wouldnt and havent bothered going anywhere else in 10 years. Les Schaub Port orchard is a joke in comparison and any pricing premium over costco is well worth it for the convenience and the staff.

Cant even give them 1 star.. very shortly after they put new tires on the car, one of the wheels came off while our sitter was driving it on the Highway... now our car is totalled and one of the wheels they replaced is lost somewhere in the woods, and the entire undercarriage of our car is trashed. We trusted them for tires and got a totalled car.

GRADE A customer service and so much professionalism I didnt know it was real life. The manager Mark is a standup guy who wants to be there. They price match tires from anywhere and are willing to help you with all things tires. Thanks Mark for being the one guy in town who loves customers! Ill be back to see you in the future!

Just bought a set of new tires, and on the way home some of the balance weights fell off, they had me come back and rebalanced the tires and even reimbursed me for my time and fuel without me asking for it. Few places do this anymore and its just one more reason for me to put my trust in them.

These guys are great. They make sure you get what you need and they are great at making sure you are able to stay in or as close to your budget as possible. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy, more than one time. I plan to always shop with these guys when I need new tires.

Always very helpfull. Have bought 2 sets of tires there and no problems. Also bought a set of rims, wrong off set but drove on them for about 6 months and then they gave me a new set of rims when i complained
