Took my m50 bike in for service, since they are one of only Suzuki dealers in area, and figured theyd do best job, had them take care of tires, bolts and few other things.. after it was done and I took bike down street exhaust caught on fire on outside, not exactly a little fire either which freaked me out, later found out it was cleaner they put on it and even though it oxidized my chrome I was willing to let that one slide, then after finally getting to freeway it started doing death wobble over 50mph and had to arm wrestle it for any turns. Took it back in, they looked at me like I was stupid and that nothing was wrong or that I wrecked it after I took it, finally decided to take bike apart myself after third time of them "fixing" it. Low and behold the tire was on backwards causing wobble and front tire was improperly balanced. Asked them to fix and to see what they could do to make up for all my time of dealing with them for a very amature mistake, they offered nothing until I went to main manager and he said hed only do an oil change which I didnt want from them, so he said "sorry, nothing else we can do" so needless to say if you want your bike trashed and to be out a couple grand just so you can pay another shop another thousand or so to fix their mistakes, or if you like dealing with egotistical pricks that will condescend you unless youre kissing their backside then great, this is the place for you, otherwise take it to a place that actually values your business and will fix their mistakes.

What a bunch of goons. Why am I going to trust them on my bike if they cant even get through an estimate without making it sound like a chore? This was a fork and shock rebuild on a 2015 KX250F ridden for a season. Nice new motorcycle needing some work from someone trustworthy. Not too unusual or out of the ordinary when it comes to services- at least try to sound like you care about it. Great place for those looking to buy a Razor apparently, about says it all. **Edit** Went in to buy a quart of oil thinking Id give it one more try since they are so much closer than any other store and I was in a hurry to get to the track this go around. .stood in line for over twenty five minutes in the parts department with only two customers in front of me. .A floor rep walked by, didnt say hello or if I it was all I needed. Walked by again after Id still been in line for approximately ten more minutes from his first pass. Not a single other customer in the store still no acknowledgement. Seriously, I have tried this place off and on over and over again and never been treated right in the ten years trying. .Shame on me for trying again.

I went to Big Boys Toys last Saturday and test drove a motorcycle. I have an atv that I wished to trade in, and approved financing to buy this bike. The salesman, didnt seem motivated at all to make a sale. I was constantly having to contact him concerning my trade in, and he gave me the run around for 4 days before finally telling me they werent interested in my trade in, too many miles on it. So I contacted another dealer, and sent them pics of the atv, and expressed interest in a couple of their bikes, and within 3 hours, they gave me an offer on my atv, and are ready to make a sale. I can say that I wont ever waste my time again with Big Boys Toys, nor will I ever recommend them. They made zero effort in trying to make a sale on a bike that is new but already 3 yrs old, and getting older by the day.

Great place if you asked me. Bought a RZR there last year and now a Sled. 11 hr drive for me, but no one else had that model Blackout LTD RZR. the sled was too good a deal to ignore. I broke a rzr mirror and they gave me one for free (i dont really know why, i wa just telling them that i broke it) havent ordered parts there, so cant talk about that. have only bought in stock parts with the purchase. They gave me a gallon of oil with the sled, like the old days. i would check them first if buying new. the guys there are younger than i am, but they knew some good tricks for setting up the RZR that i didnt know. They clutched the sled to my ideas for free. I will be back to get a RZR4 Turbo by the end of 2016

Ordered a stage one kit through them over the phone. Being I am out of state they had shipped it to me. Ordered it Monday and it got to me Thursday. Drove 210 miles to the nearest dealership to have the kit installed. The service guy and I opened up the box to make sure all of the parts needed were in the box. Nope. The filter, exhausted gaskets, flash card were all gone. I was upset because I had driven so far to have this done. I called the Parts Department they refunded all of my money and apologized. Even though I wished they would have checked the box for its contents before sending it to me, their customer service was off the charts. Thanks.

Went in to the parts counter the guy ignored me for around 4 minutes, then didnt even know what the part was I needed a pretty standard part. I even had to look up a part number for him and right in the middle of our conversation he just walked off to help a customer that just came in. Pretty much let me know my business wasnt at all important to him. I also noticed it wasnt just me they do this too from what i coud see if you dont own a polaris they treat you like crap! will be doing business with Renegade sports from now on!

This business is a joke for parts. Ordered a part and was told that it would be delivered in a specific time frame. Called on the day that it should have been ordered, and still no part. I called the next week, and the person explained that the part was not even ordered until the week after I had originally ordered it. This place does not do what they say they will. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL, and extremely incompetent. The service guy is nice, however, their parts department is PATHETIC!!!

These guys took me to Monte cristo to demo a couple of timbersleds and boy was it great! Their service was excellent! I met them at their shop before going out and they had picked me up a sandwich from McDonalds. On the ride, Shane was cool to make sure we were all satisfied before we were done, was very knowledgeable, and he even shared his jerky. I highly recommend going through these guys for any of your recreational vehicle needs.
