Be for warned, you are getting a used vehicle that they got off of an auction yard. There is no history on it. They make around $4,000 - $6,000 per sale on the vehicles that they are selling to the public. Please note if you are from out of the area and are considering purchasing a used car from Arizona, there are many FLASH FLOODS in Arizona, and you very well might be purchasing a FLOOD DAMAGED vehicle, and not know it. Please view the vehicle in person, and have it inspected, as this used car lot Azautorv doesn’t do so. DO NOT HAVE A VEHICLE SHIPPED, DO NOT WIRE MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS, YOU WILL BE SORRY THAT YOU DID. Here is my story with this business. I was the highest bidder on an eBay auction, however it didn’t meet reserve. I was then contacted outside of eBay to complete the transaction, and was asked to put down $1,000 via credit card for doc fees. Greg was the salesperson who orchestrated this. Greg really was pushing me to wire the money to pay for the vehicle. I didn’t feel comfortable doing this and wanted to view the vehicle that I was purchasing in person, as it was close to $20,000.00 I took a flight to Arizona to inspect the vehicle, and lo and behold, the vehicle that I was going to be purchasing was riddled with large paint chips encompassing the vehicle (all of the photos that Greg had taken of the vehicle, conveniently left all of this out, or he used photoshop to alter the photos), it was also broken under the radiator. When I asked Greg about this, his reply was: “oh, well you never asked me if there were any paint chips.” I did not purchase this vehicle, and I was out of pocket the flight that I took to Arizona, and time off work. But to top it off, Greg refused to refund my $1,000.00 for the doc fees. He would pass me off to Jeff “the decision maker” who would never be there, nor take a call to process my refund. I eventually had to have my credit card company do a reversal. This establishment has been reported to the authorities for the scam that they pulled, and are pulling as they just keep relisting the same vehicle. This is a really small business, where there are only a few individuals working at the place, they try to make it seem like it is a larger than life establishment over the phone, but it is not. Please, do some research on this company, as they have 2 star reviews everywhere but Google, which is suspect, I think they have purchased these reviews. The same people are there running the show from all of the negative reviews on yelp. Please, take your business elsewhere.

I really wanted to have a good experience with Az Auto Rv as a good friend of mine referred me and recommended their shop.I purchased my new motorcycle with 6 miles on it May 9th 2015. The first few weeks of owning the motorcycle was fantastic, however once into the month of June the bike inexplicably began malfunctioning. Once again, i feel the need to reiterate, I purchased this bike brand new. My bike was looked over and after sitting in the shop for over a week was returned to me only to have the same problem of the bike shutting off while driving in the middle of traffic on the highway. It is now August 3rd and I have yet to have my bike back for longer than two days since June. It has been in the shop getting "worked on" three separate times, each visit longer than the last with no contact from AZ Auto Rv/Moto Max. I am lucky to get the runaround if I call, and never given any details or timelines for when I should havethe bike back in working order. The bike sits for weeks and they always claim they cant figure out the problem and return the bike to which I have it for a matter of hours before it malfunctions again. At this point I am so beyond frustrated I would like to return the bike for a full refund rather than continue to exhaust my resources on a bike that is not even in my possession. They told me if I wanted a refund I would have to do the leg work of contacting the manufacturer and they would give me the direct information or I was told to get a lawyer. I have called the manufacturer multiple times with their contact info and have yet to hear back. At this point I no longer want to do business with this company as they are unable to remedy my situation nor refund my money although I have spent a considerable amount of money to pay for something that was supposed to be a means of transportation to which I do not even have in my possession. Horrible experience overall and I would not recommend anyone to this place of business

After meeting with condescending attitudes and getting jerked around at other dealerships it was a pleasure to do business with Mike and the rest of the team at AZAUTORV. They put the “service” back in customer service. Imagine, calling a dealership and the General Manager answers the phone, no pressure, just invites you to check out what they have to offer and let him know if they can be of service. I didn’t want a barrage of calls from sales and clerical staff so I asked for his direct phone and email, which I was given without hesitation. When I went to the dealership I was immediately greeted by staff that were very knowledgeable about a wide variety of bikes and already seemed to know why I was there (by the bike I drove up on) before I even introduced myself. The buying experience, negotiations and entire transaction were completely “transparent” and without surprises (as Mike said they would be). I stated my position, he was willing to show me a printout of the trade value on my bike, I showed him a written offer I was negotiating from another dealer, we came to common ground and a half-hour later (once the paperwork was done and bike prepped) I was driving home on a new bike. It was no wonder that when I got there and when I left there were repeat customers on the lot. Guess that will be me one day.

I just purchased my 2009 Honda CBR 600RR from Beau. I cant say enough about the team here. We walked in on a Sunday morning. There was no pressure at all. Beau took the time to talk to me and my husband and treat us like friends and not like a sale. He would have pulled out every single bike in the store if I had asked him to for me to sit on. I was looking for a Sport Bike but my husband was looking for a cruiser. He spent over an hour talking with us while we walked around and went over the pros and cons of each of the different bikes that we were looking at. We told him from the beginning that we had no intention of purchasing that day. However I did find that just right bike and at the just right price. Mike helped us with the paper work and was able to work with us and get us an amazing deal with the down payment and monthly payment that I wanted, with all the bells and whistles. These guys are amazing. We have been a part of the automotive community for many years and you dont find this kind of service anymore. We are customers for life and will be taking the bike back here when it needs service and will be going back to buy my husbands bike when it is time. I highly recommend this location for all your motorcycle needs and desires!!! You will not be disappointed.
