The clerk was very condescending when telling me I could not use my husbands credit card to purchase an item for my granddaughter. Whereby I know this policy is to protect me, I didnt need the insincere greeting she offered me after the purchase. When I returned to make another purchase today, she used the same tone to wish me a Magical holiday. As a grandmother of 5, I have spent a great deal of money at this store. I would hope management would discourage this type of harassment from their clerks.

The lady who checked us out was lovely but the woman on the floor does not know what customer service is about. She was rude and mean! We were waiting in line, she asked of I was with the person on front of me, I said no and she said "well" herding me like a cow to move closer to my party. Unbelievable. .needless to say I will never set foot in this store. It takes a lot to get me to write a review, this woman made our experience terrible so it is deserved.

They downsized and made this store half the size that it use to be. They also changed what they stock. Use to always find something in there that my kids would enjoy but not anymore.
