Went in on a Saturday to get a set of TSW Bathurst and tires ordered. Antywone said I had to pay half for him to make the order, so I put down $1000.00 to get it ordered. He said it would have to be ordered monday morning since I came in on a Saturday, and be expected to arrive by Wednesday from a local warehouse. He told me to expect a call from him Monday. Come Monday, I get no call, but I was like he probably ordered it. Tuesday, still no call so I had to call the store. Talked to Antywone, and the guy didnt even order me my wheels and tires. He then tells me TSW warehouse doesnt have any either, so I would have to get it ordered from Arizona, but They wouldnt get in until Tuesday, April 11th. I just asked him for a refund after that. At the end of the day, I gave a store $1000 of my money to have them not do their jobs. What a joke. Never going there again.

25 bucks fire balance and tire swap. Ok fine, most shops charge 18. I get my car to the shop, some guy half ass looks at my tire with snow on it , with out even bringing it in to the garage and says nope we wont put that on, its too warn, "must be a few years old". It was 6months old. Told me 200 bucks because the other tire couldnt be used because the one was bad. These guys are crooked. Just because I didnt want to buy a tire from them, and just needed service, they tried to scam me saying the tire was bad. Go to them if you like being screwed over by incompetent wanna be mechanics. Place over on Broadway did it for 18 bucks. Id go to that tire place.

We were headed out of town for the weekend and got a bad flat tire. I needed to replace the tire as soon as possible so we could get back on the road. We called Discount Tire and they told us that they were closed for the day, but that they would stay open late for us. We drove over and they got us in immediately, removed the spare and put on the new tire. The new tire was free because of the protection plan I purchased last winter. Im so impressed with this place. They really go above and beyond. Its rare to find a place that will stay open late for you. These guys are the best and I highly recommend them!!

Called and confirmed they were not busy. Got there in 15 minutes to be told they had 9 cars in front of me. There is no way they can write a ticket in less than 2 minutes. I had been buying both summer and winter tires for multiple cars...no more. Car is at Firestone downtown now getting the tires swapped and I will be a TireRack guy from now on. Be careful with these guys.

I had a really great experience here. My vehicle had a tire losing air (turned out it was due to a nail) and they repaired it for free, only charging me for a rebalancing (about $30 I think?). They described the state of my tread but never put on a hard sell to replace the tires prematurely. Ill definitely be back when its time to replace them for real!

Blown away today by how generous Jerrad the manger was for me. Discount tire made the mistake of throwing two of my tires last year and he still remembered me when I went to get new tires today! I definitely got great service and a great discount to boot. Thanks discount tire!

Went in for a free tire patch due to a nail in my tire, quoted me an hour and 45 mins. 35 mins later they were done, super nice and handled everything well in the midst of a mad rush of people flooding in!

Can take while if they are busy, but everyone there works hard and provides good service. Ive used them for my last five sets of tires and will continue to do so. And they sell Nokians, which is great.

Danny personally came outside before I even got out of the car to see what he could assist me with. Came to this store a couple more times afterwards and had excellent service. Would recommend.

Called at 205 with a question on my tire. 10 Minute drive over there, 230 back on the road with no problems. Ben was exceedingly courteous and helpful. 5/5 would go again.

Got a free winter tire change over. Tire discount also have some really affordable tires online . Will need to get new season tires after winter.....
