Can not express enough how much Ive enjoyed getting tires here. First off I should say Ive usually gone with cheap refurb tires from Johns. Solid enough experience, get me in, get me out 50-70$ a tire. Last time I attempted to get a tire they were out of my size and werent sure when theyd be getting more. Lets just say a day or two would have left me driving on a doughnut. So I looked around, price checked, and found my way into Discount Tire, Blaine. Clean, tidy place, and great friendly staff helped me instantly. Guy recommended full set of michelin defender tires because 3 of my tires were nearly bald. One tire had a hole in it with the metal threads coming out; I was in bad shape. Fourth tire was at critical change-me-now tread so I said what the heck Ill do it because he also told me about the 70 gift card that I got swiftly in the mail. 4 new tires later I roll out of the shop and onto the road and instatly notice the ride is awazing. yeah I spent 650$ on the set which is way more than I normally spend but it was worth it and more. Back to the ride; Ive never experienced new tires on any car Ive drove and these things dominate! beyond words; over the refurbed. I drive alot for my job and used to have back pain, gone. My mileage has improved. The sound is almost nill. So far, GREAT! So the tires have been wonderful for months now and I recently hit some shrapnel in the road and my precious new tire has gone flat in under a minute. Big puncture. put the doughnut on and head home for the night sad and thinking im out 200$. bring it in next day and Discount Tire says np well get that fixed right up for you. Their warranties are the stuff of legend. Swiftly about 1hr maybe 1.5 they call me over and tell me to have a great day and thanks for using discount tire; NO CHARGE! Im never going anywhere else for tires. period

Bad experience. Seems they like to do the old "bait and switch" routine. I was at this store in early March for new tires. The tires were inspected and I needed two new tires. I purchased two new tires with road hazard warranty. So, to make it clear all four tires were purchased from Discount Tire in Blaine. All four have the road hazard warranty. The two older ones which were purchased in 2015 from Discount Tire and the two newer ones were purchased in March of 2016. Shortly after getting the new tires, one of the older ones developed a slow leak. I brought my car in the get the slow leak fixed as we have the road hazard on all four tires. I was told (of course) that the tire was too badly worn and they could not fix it, instead it needed to be replaced. Funny how just a few weeks earlier it was inspected and deemed fine until we needed Discount Tire to honor the warranty, then it needed to be replaced? Just like most places they will weasel out of honoring their warranty. There are plenty of places that will honestly work on your car. Go somewhere else as I will from now on. Lesson learned.

FLAT TIRE ? TOTAL SCAM !! DONT STOP HERE...dont even bother going here if you are in need of something simple like a flat tire fixed !! they will tell you its "unsafe" and recommend you get 4 new tires, unsafe to fix a flat tire ?? Unsafe is sending a customer out of your store with a flat or under inflated tire, so Dont try to tell me you care about my safety, and why do I need 4 new tires to have one flat tire fixed when the tires I have are within your "acceptable" tread depth 6/16ths not new, but not yet in need of replacement. Maybe i looked like a push over i guess? Horrible service and a TOTAL SCAM !! Its too bad to, I have been a customer here before, but never again because they will not take care of the little things for you and I find that very important. for once i would like to go to a store and be taken care of without the "up sell"

Disappointed with how the process is handled with walk ins or how the importance of a customer are viewed based on monies being spent. Its clear that its unpredictable to any business to control the volume of walk ins on any day but to wait for 2 hours for a simple tire rotation is a little excessive. When I purchased my 800 dollar tires i was king and it was talked about very highly how I needed to rotate new tires and how they will handle it with no issues. Well Im sitting at the observation window watching many people pass me as I sit here passionately. I arrived here 17 minutes after they opened. Well this being the second time waiting this long. Keep in mind Discount tire is not always the lowest so do your homework and make sure if you are one to maintenance your tires it may make sense to find better options.

I dont usually pick larger corporate branch stores for goods/services, but Discount Tire has always been exceptional. They always stand by their product and work with no questions. The pricing is fair and very transparent when shopping. Ive bought from them for several years, and will continue to. Unlike so many other companies, you dont feel like youre being "up-sold" to something you dont need. On my recent visit, I made a mistake when ordering tire size/type. The technician was VERY patient with me as I decided a suitable replacement, even though the mistake was my fault. He answered all questions reasonably, and offered good solutions. Both Jonah and Buddy were excellent in helping me decide and finish the purchase. Please keep up the excellent work and hold this reputation!

I went to Tires Plus in Blaine today. I stood in line for like 5 minutes without the slightest bit of acknowledgement. Ill give them credit that both people working the desk were busy, but at the very least, all it would have taken to earn my business would have been a finger in the air signaling they see me and would be with me shortly. Needless to say, that didnt happen and I left. I proceeded to Discount Tire in Blaine. They too were very busy, however one of the employees immediately said, "Welcome to Discount Tire, Well be with you in a minute." I was helped shortly after. While I waited, another employee checked to make sure I had been helped. Customer service is everything!

I went to the dealership to check on a high speed vibration issue and was informed that I had two bent rims and also needed four new tires. My tires were definitely getting low on tread. I went to Blaine Discount Tire for a second opinion and was told that my rims were fine, but the tires were separating, causing a vibration. I purchased four new tires, after being shown several options within my price range, and the car drives like brand new!!! My receipt show Tim helped me out so props to him! Its only a single data point, but I will most definitely be going back. This trip saved me close to $1000.
