Very very poor costumer service, bought my artic cat 500 from the grove city location went great when I bought it everyone was nice. Went on a trip broke a cv boot ordered it that same day I broke it. Went to the store when I got back to do a full service said they had no idea about the boot. Come to find out they put it on a different four wheeler so I talked to a guy named mike about my problems he said it was just a grove city. Well my front end started making a noise so I took it to Lancaster location. They seemed to treat me somewatt better, so I took it up on a Monday said he would let me know what they find out. Nothing was heard from them. So I called Wednesday,no one answered in the service area so they said someone would call me back,no one ever called me back.so I called Friday no one answered and service said they would call me back never did! To the next Monday I call was placed on hold for eight minutes so I hang up and call back again and demand to speak to the owner or manager he called me back about 15 minutes later I told him what was going on he did not seem too concerned and didnt know how he could help me said they are waiting on artic cat. I think this place is the worst and I would not advise any one to buy anything what so ever from ask at all 3 businesses. If I could only put 0 starts I would they dont even deserve one!

I was rear ended and needed to replace my rear foot peg and bracket. I took my bike to ASK Powersports for the repair. It was a simple fix yet they didnt bother to look at my bike for 1 week. They told me they would order parts and do the repairs. 2 WEEKS LATER THEY STILL HAD NOT ORDERED THE PARTS I NEEDED. I had been without my bike for 3 weeks for a job they quoted 1 hour labor for. Their service is slow, the shop guys dont call back when they say they will, the inventory selection is terrible, and the overall demeanor of the place is I DONT CARE, ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. Overall the employees are incompetent. I recommend IRON PONY for parts and anywhere else for service/sales. Also ran into the restocking fees mentioned in the other review, the insurance company ordered the wrong bracket and they wanted a 30% restocking fee. DO NOT GO TO ASK POWERSPORTS FOR ANY REASON!!!

Took my Seadoo there for a simple fuel line replacement. 4 (FOUR!!) months later not only they still havent fixed anything, they said when they open her up the engine compartment was "flooded" with everything "torn apart sitting lose". The ski was running when I put it in storage, and it has always been garage-kept before I took it to Ask. So there is no way anything couldve been disassembled or have water in the hull. So my perfectly functional ski is now trashed. Ill have to take it somewhere else to have it checked, but if they torn down MY ski and SOLD my engine parts, Im going to be very pissed.

My Fiance and I went in to buy an ATV. They were having a great special on the Arctic Cat 400s. They didnt have any in stock (had some on lot but sold already) but Paul had them delivered from another store. The whole process went very smoothly, from viewing, credit application, pick up, and a detailed mini class on where/how everything worked. They went above and beyond to help us. We really couldnt be more pleased with our new ATVs. I got the red one and he got the green one.:)

I WOULDNT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON AT ALL . THESE ASSHOLES WOULDNT TAKE 3 MINUTES OUT OF THEIR TIME TO DIAGNOSE A DS450. INSTEAD THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 MONTHS FOR A APPOINTMENT. ALL I NEEDED DONE WAS TO CLEAR A CODE FROM THE COMPUTER AND THEY COULD EVEN DO THAT. WHAT A BUNCH OF FREAKIN RETARDS!!!!!!!!!!

Went to purchase a grizzly atv. Told the people inside I was there for a utility. Sent me outside.i was there for 30min nobody came out Im guessing because it was sprinkling. Just my personal opinion,but Im not going to track you down to take 8k to 10k out of my account. Ill go down the road.
