Well today after shopping here for over 20 years, the customer service was to the bottom of the line, the have a sign that says that they take oil, but when I showed with oil that I had buy from another store they didnt wanted to take it, the guy keep saying that their barrel was full then he said that I have to pour the oil myself that he wouldnt do it another guy come and he poured into the barrel, but told me that I have to take the empty container so I walked out of the store with my two empty containers. I will not shop at this store anymore.

1st Visit: Nowhere to lock up a bike, and I was told I could not wear a backpack; go go gadget arms? 2nd Visit: I went to buy a torque wrench for $40 and it rang up as $65. I showed the employee where I grabbed it, they matched the number to the price tag and told me "Sorry. The label is wrong. Its $65 in the system, so thats what it is." Ok... So where is the cheaper one? They didnt know so we looked together for 15 mins... I said Im all good and just left after not finding one.

Good store, they have more stuff than most Napa stores do. They also resurface brake rotors for $15 a rotor which is a good deal. The service desk has always been super helpful and friendly which I cannot say for all Napa stores. Been going here for about 4 years on and off.

Came in with 3 brands of part numbers for a part. I even showed them the part. "Do you guys have this?" "Nope" "can you get it?" "Nope" "Youre not even going to try?" "Nope" Do NAPA a favor and give your business to another auto parts store. This bevavior is unacceptable.

When I have to go to the parts store it means something broke and Im not having a good day This NAPA has some of the same counter people and over the years have remembered the vehicle, offered suggestions, and pointed me in a direction when they cant help

The nice woman at the counter helped me puck out windshield wiper blades. She said one of the "guys" would pop them on for me. I purchased them then asked for that assistance and was basically laughed at and told no. I will not be back.

Good local stop for automotive needs. They are good folks and have just about everything Ive needed. If not, they have access to stuff in other stores and can get it in 2h -- pretty impressive. That is better than AmazonLocal.

Very good service by the counter people. Instead of stocking cheap trinkets like other stores, they use the shelf space for needed fluids like Pentosin coolant for German and Asian vehicles. Will shop here again.

A little more expensive than the Aloha NAPA, but it is on my way home. Typically not the friendliest auto parts store, but has a wide range of auto parts and supplies.

Great place for a quick shop, may not have the best computer system for checking out but the advice isnt from some city slacker who is glad to have dropped out.
