They are friendly but have the worst communication skills between employees -a mechanic didnt have any idea what he supposed to fix because one of employees didnt tell him my concern with ATV! Bad customer service - Never called me back to letting me know it was ready to be picked up. I called the shop to find out when it was going to be ready, told me that nothing wrong with ATV. Worst of all, when I went to the shop to pick it up, it was still leaking at their shop on the floor, plus, ATV even got the gas light on which didnt have when I drop it off!!!!!
