I went there to look for a vehicle & the salesperson that assisted was very nice & a little naive. Since Im a woman I brought a man with me to make sure I wasnt taken for a ride. Their down payments were so freaking low that it made me skeptical. The 1st vehicle we test drove rode nice but when we got it back to the lot it was sputtering out oil, the 2nd vehicle had a knocking sound with the steering wheel, the 3rd vehicle was dragging & making a noise. Since my cousin said the 2nd vehicle wasnt bad due to the issue not being the engine or transmission I considered purchasing it. But when we returned to the lot & attempted to speak with the manager he seemed unfriendly & not interested in speaking with us or addressing our concerns. After we left without buying a vehicle I did more research only to be grateful to God that I didnt buy with them, their reviews are horrible and everyone Ive asked about them had nothing nice to say about this place. The vehicles dont last long, they will repo your car if you miss 1 payment because they have zero understanding about hard times. My biggest peeve was how the manager treated us because I am big on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I work in that industry & know that without our customers we wouldnt have a job. Hopefully they will read this & catch that!

THESE PEOPLE ARE A TRIP AND A HALF. IVE PURCHASED A CAR FROM THEM TWICE AND GOTTEN RIPPED OFF. THE AC NEVER WORKED IN A CAR I HAD... THE BRAKES WERE BAD, THE GASKET WAS MESSEDUP, AND I WAS NEVER GIVEN A SPARE TIRE...ALL OF WHICH WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD FIX... AND NEVER DID. THEN, IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT.. THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO WANT AND COME AND RE-POSSES THE CAR FOR JUNK THEY SOLD TO YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY WILL BLOW UP YOUR PHONE, HAVE A GUY IN A TOW TRUCK TO HUNT YOU DOWN...ETC. ITS NOT LIKE THEY ARE HURTING FOR MONEY, THEY JUST LIKE HARRASING PEOPLE. JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE POLICEMEN IN THEIR OFFICES BASICALLY TELLS YOU THAT SOMEONE HAD SNAPPED AT ONE POINT SO THEY NEED "BODYGUARDS". MY GRANDFATHER ACTUALLY KNEW THE ORIGIONAL JOHN ROGERS (WHO PASSED AWAY YEARS AGO), AND AS IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED... JOHN WAS A GRAND DRAGON OF THE KKK. I PROMISE! THAT CAR DEALERSHIP HAS A LOT OF DEMONIC ROOTS AND NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

I have purchased a 1994 nissan pick up ,1998 jeep grand cheroke, 1997 dodge ram van ,1998 ford crown victoria ,1998 ford f150 and know have a 2008 chrysler sebring from here always had a friendly atmosphere never felt pressured into a purchase and as for my vehicles always ran well minus the minor fixes ( wipers radio in one ) other than that these are used vehicles they are not perfect but they never sold me a lemon always satisfied with my purchases . So Far,So Good.Great Honda Element.Good Price.I have read other reviews,and do understand they r not all of the Best to their customers,in multiple ways.The police protection can be understood in that area.It has many Robberies,and they do finance,So it is Cash Heavy.Had a bad experience with the Rogers offspring on W.50 location.Horrible CS in that locale.The GM Finance Man is an upstanding person,Jeremy..and most of the Sales guys in OWG are great warm people

My husband bought a car from them and hours later he had to take it back. The cv joint was bad in it, my personal mechanic and his personal mechanic both agreed that it was the cv joint. Twice their mechanic filled the boots full of grease so you couldnt hear the noise. They will not listen to you and insist you go to their mms mechanics and confirm the same thing, your a crazy idiot and nothing is wrong with the car.

Sold us a car with no rear brakes and wires disconnected for engine light. Son had car less than a week stopped running tried to call with no voice mail or answering service, then yelled at us for having car towed to find out what was wrong. They took ar said it would be fixed, guess what? It wasnt still the same issues. Son may lose job because of car issues, but they still want money for selling an unsafe car.

IF YOU ARE A WOMEN MAKE SURE YOU BRING A MAN WITH YOU TO LOOK AT THE CAR BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!! I went to them and got a truck, I had the truck for a week and i had to get the breaks replaced, the fuel pump went out, and they locked the gas tank and forgot to give me the key for the tank to put gas in my car, said the would give me a new one and I still have yet to recieve it.

Only had the jeep for four months and have spent over a thousand literally fixing everything from the radiator fan, all brakes and rotors oil changed and coolant flushes and now just learned ball joints are bad and was given the impression it was in great condition cant even use the ac and I have a one year old to drive around

this is the worst place. they ripe people off and sell cars that are unsafe for the road. they claim to have idea how bad the car is. anyone who has had a bad car should do what I did report them to the better business Bureau. to sell a car thats unsafe to drive should be reported

The finance guy is so races an rude cause I did not want to him him my mother name he started to yell at me. I told him to stop he said the most racist thing to me. I will never go back or send anyone to get a car there. Also they only fix the car so it can last a week or two.

Very helpful, they work with you if youre having a rough time, short term leasing and affordable prices. My family has gotten most of their cars from them and theyve all been good cars.

Theyre such ass holes I only had this suv not even 3 months & everything is wrong with it & they have no mercy on anyone & the cars are nice on the outside but bullshit under the hood
