After many years of noticing EMWas we drove south on Broadway, we recently purchased 2 leather recliners there. When they arrived, the backs did not look as tight as I expected. I called the store and was referred to JC, the owner, I believe. After sending photos of the chairs, he contacted the manufacturer. They said the chairs met their specs. JC agreed with me that they were not OK. I dont know how he did it, but he got us replacement back which was much better. He had it delivered and installed at no charge to me. Thats what customer service should be about. Thank you, JC. Will definitely shop there again.

We are long time residents of south-east Denver and have done business with EMW, periodically, for 55 years. Recently, we had worn carpeting in a hallway replaced with vinyl. From the beginning of the process we got knowledgeable and courteous service in selecting the material we wanted. When time came for the instillation, a lone, middle-aged man appeared, right on time. He was experienced and obviously had pride in his work. The work was done promptly and properly, at a reasonable price. Another good experience with EMW.

A Private User

We recently had hardwood flooring installed. This is big everyone! They have a truck-mounted vac. system that keeps your whole house clean as they work! They do not put that in their ads - they should for sure. The price was right. Everyone was courteous and they went the extra mile for us in putting all our furniture back in place and hooking up all our electronics. Rare to have a great process all the way through, but we did from start to end.
