***Update*** to understand this whole review you must understand that there are two showrooms literally across the parking lot from one another. I was looking for a chair for months and just couldnt find what I wanted. my last option (at least for as far as I wanted to drive) was Colorado Style. I tried the other showroom, the one that I didnt get the couch from (see below) I found one and a teak box to go with it. I told Connie (who was fabulous) the story about the other purchase and that I would buy it under certain conditions. Next thing I know Im speaking with the owner (Brent) and after trying to understand and apologizing up and down he agreed to free delivery of the chair and box. Did I get a freebie here? No. I dont think so. But the fact that he personally came out, introduced himself, listened, and took responsibility for the lackadaisical and blaise manner in which the employee of the other store attended to the problem speaks volumes. It is because of these two interactions: one with Connie and the other with Brent that I can say without trepidation: That I will shop there again. And you should too. Like another customer mentioned, they have wonderful things, but if there is a problem forget it. I bought a $4600.00 leather couch and the guys broke a leg on the way in. It was delivered on a Thursday. It took two days for the delivery crew, a third party outfit, to come and gorilla glue the leg on while I waited for a replacement. One month later I hadnt heard a thing from Nancy my sales lady and had to drop in. "Oh its in my desk Ill have a someone call you and set up a time." Four days later, an appointment is finally made. My point in this long rant is that for things that are that expensive you would think there would be some semblance of service. Well, I will never buy from them again. If you want pretty things and great service go down the street to Larabees

Edit: After reading the kind response from the owner, Im much more inclined to give this store another chance. I appreciate the attention to feedback and attention to detail. We have already purchased our bedroom furniture but will keep this store in mind in the future. Previous Post: We were greeted at the door by a lady who curtly said, "Hello, just so you know we are closing soon." If they wanted our business she could have at least welcomed us and asked if she could have helped us find anything. We were looking for bedroom furniture and had a hard time finding it because the showroom wasnt set up by room. Just a large warehouse floor with a bunch of ornate furniture. There were obviously at least 4 employees through the showroom and none of them offered to help. I thought that if the store was open (even for 15 minutes) they would want to make a sale. I felt like an inconvenience rather than customer in this store. We will not be returning.

From the moment I stepped into the store I was carried away to my dream home! I love the way the furniture is set up in small groupings to encourage you to picture all of the pieces in your room(s)! You are greeted immediately by helpful staff (but not pushy sales people that follow you everywhere) so if you are wondering if that will fit or if it comes in another color or if you can have more than 1, they are there to help! I have been shopping at Colorado Style for many years and try to visit at least once a month because the selection and new arrivals are constantly changing, it is like a new store every time! Dont forget to go to both show rooms, they both have different pieces and you never know what will catch your attention each time! Enjoy!

We have purchased several pieces of furniture and a dining room light fixture from Colorado Style and have always enjoyed their selection and service. Recently, one of the lamp shades broke on our dining-room light fixture. We contacted Kevin who quickly secured replacement glass. We offered to pay for it, and even though our initial purchase was more than six months ago, he wouldnt take our money. Thats the type of great customer service that will keep us returning to Colorado Style Home Furnishings!

I bought a living room set from Colorado Style and couldnt be happier with my purchase. The owner Brent was very professional and even though I was picky and kept asking to see more he was very patient and showed me a wide range of furniture. I even bought a beautiful rug to complement the furniture. The quality is superb and everyone who comes over remarks about how great my living room looks now. Very well stocked with high end furniture and the staff was very helpful. Be prepared for higher prices and better quality furniture, the dining room chairs were priced between $200 - $800 per chair.
